Collaboration by three great percussionists. The gimmick of this album is the binaural recording technique used. I'm not going to pretend I even knew what that was before I read up about this album, but it's a compelling idea, and the results speak for themselves.
I forgot to put Hot Snakes on my favorite shows of 2012, they were incredible.
You know, I meant to tell you that I've been utilizing SongKick a lot more over the past few months to help me remember what I've seen. This year will slowdown, given my current circumstances, but it really is a great way to keep track.

I use last.fm, which works great as well. But I sometimes forget the individual festival shows.

NoD - I don't know anything about you and have no idea if we'd be swell pals or hate each other in real life. BUT, every time you put something on in Now Playing, it's right in the zone of what I want to hear. So I gotta believe if we hung out in real life, at worst, we could combine our collections, put on headphones and tolerate each other.
