These kats are crazier then the ODB on an angel dust binge.
They have the dust tendencies and vivid horror themes of Cage circa '97-'04. They are unapologetic for their lyrics and just bring it like Necro. They are well thought out in their marketing and exposure as a collective similar to Wu Tang circa '93-'97 or even Anticon circa '99-'03. And they bring a different approach to today's hip-hop similar to Das Racist (albeit it with a completely different style).
I'm still holding out hope to get my late night triumvirate of:
OFWGKTA Das Racist Freddie Gibbs
Three different styles of hip-hop, all would fill it up late night.
I doubt they will be there. I have asked a few of them if they would be at bonnaroo via their facebooks/twitters and none of them even knew what it was.
I thought it was remarkable. These days I rarely get excited about new hip-hop acts, especially those that young. But these guys can just put it together, especially Tyler and Earl. I just hope Earl doesn't become a footnote and Tyler doesn't self destruct as OF gains more exposure. Tyler can either be bat shit crazy or crazy like a fox. Let's hope the latter.

Can you please send the twitter link with that type of reply? I know about 5 people, as well as myself, that have asked them the Bonnaroo question on Twitter and not one got a response.
I know they are Cali kids, but if they have ben briefed on Coachella, they must know about Bonnaroo. At least Tyler knows, he's too crafted and meticulous not to know.

I was mistaken I didn't use twitter but asked a few of them on facebook and their tumblr. Tyler wasn't one of them though.

Wouldn't be surprised if some of the other members literally have zero idea what is going on with the group regarding bookings and such.
That being said, we need to go back to talking about how f'ing brilliant Yonkers is. One of the best tracks I've heard this year.
"but after bowlin’, i went home to some damn adventure time (what’d you do?) i slipped myself some pink xanies and danced around the house in all-over print panties my mom’s gone, that fuckin’ broad will never understand me i’m not gay, i just wanna boogie to some marvin"
You originally stated in the past that you were turned off by Odd Future's lyrical content. Have you come off that position a bit and now see some redeeming artistic qualities in their lyrics, themes, and concepts? Even if you haven't changed that position, don't you see "aesthetics" in the overall flow of some of the members, specifically Earl and Tyler?
