Yeah there are some hits and misses on this album. P, Sam (Is Dead) and Doms are the real standouts to me. Im glad Tyler came strong with a few nice verses, all his recent guest verses have been sounding pretty stale to me I was starting to get worried.
That Oldie though.... damn..... literally everyone goes IN on that song. Even Left Brain and Jasper stepped up and dropped hard verses. Defintely one of the best songs they've ever put out as a collective.
And Earl... Wow. Kid has only gotten better, that was a very pleasant surprise.
The main thing that I have taken from my first listen of this though is that Domo Genesis has gotten about 1000x better at rapping. I didnt like Rolling Papers at all, Under the Influence was OK but I think Domo is one of the real strong points of the group now.
Yeah, so, he was at the New York show tonight. Did "Orange Juice", "AssMilk" and "Kill". I'm guessing "EARL" too, since a picture from the show has all of OFWGKTA, their roadies, management, friends, etc. ALL behind Earl, who was center stage.
Peter Rosenburg interviewed Tyler & Earl earlier today, and the video for Oldie came out (also with Earl). Sheds a lot of light on the Samoa situation. He's probably only tour with OF until his spring break ends. Rosenburg also posted a video from Twitter or something of Earl doing KILL with Tyler and the Hammerstein.
gotDAMN did 'Roo screw the pooch (AGAIN) on not booking Odd Future. But, this time, they're going to miss out on quacking EARL. It's basically assumed that come this summer when they do more US shows and the European festivals that Earl will probably be with him. Only reason he's not staying now is 'cuz he wants to get his high school diploma (good for him, I say).

Odd Future late night at bonnaroo would be extremely fun. I saw a ton of people wearing Odd Future apparel and there's not alot of new rap/hip hop to choose from for next year so let's make this happen please bonnaroo.
BADBADNOTGOOD is backing Frank Ocean at Coachella right now and they are killing it. And Tyler just came out to do Analog 2. Awesome
I did not know that they backed up Frank Ocean. The drummer for the band used to post all the time at this forum I used to frequent all the time and was quite the critical hipster fellow when it came to a lot of music. But it was real weird when he stopped posting all of the sudden and then like months later people on the site who knew him were like, "yo, so and so is the drummer in this band and did some Odd Future covers." And then months after that a ton of people then caught onto the band and they've gotten relatively popular. Its kinda weird to see.
I've been to two OF shows, obviously both without Earl, and they were both hype as hell. Easily the hypest shows I've been too. If they were to book them, PLEASE make it a late night show so everyone can go crazy.
