I'm pretty sure that they received my vote in Feb for album of the month. I saw their Coachella webcast 3-4 years ago and really enjoyed it but haven't had the chance to see them live yet.
If this is coming anywhere near you, don't skip it.

So it's safe to assume you're going to all of them?
So it's safe to assume you're going to all of them?
Doubt I can afford it. On top of the show prices ($20 for regulars, $40 for new year's) it costs a decent amount just to get into the city by train. I also want to convince some of my friends to go but not sure how many will commit. I did their 3-night run at BK Bowl a couple years ago and I'd definitely like to do a few of these. Not sure I'll be able to swing it but we'll see.

Dave Maynar - sadly I couldn't afford all of them. Pre-sale on right now and I was able to get two for the weekend shows (Lou Reed - Transformer and The Beatles - Meet the Beatles) and got a friend to actually join me at them. I'm also going to try for the new year's show which wasn't on sale for the pre-sale.

Talk about a throwback Thu... err, Sunday. I had no idea Spiderbait had still been a thing for the past 12 years (did they ever get big in America?). Still, that is a tempting quadruple-header, and in a gorgeous location... I shall have to mull this one over for a spell.
Also, if you noticed my sig, I just scored my tickets for Nils Frahm & Souls of Mischief this week. My spring is shaping up quite nicely.
Bunch of new shows just got added to songkick and I don't think I'll be able to see all of them...FlyLo, The Kooks, Walk the Moon, Beats Antique/Shpongle, Daniel Lanois...I'm already seeing 21 pilots, Sylvan Esso, and alt-J this fall. I can't afford this! Anyone ever see Daniel Lanois live?

Yeah but it's been at least 20 years. I imagine he's still playing mostly from Acadie and Beauty of Wynona but I'm tempted to see him again when he comes here in November in the hope he'll bring Brian Blade along on drums and do some Black Dub stuff.

This will be his first US tour in 35 years. I would love to go to this, but I won't be able to make it unless he adds a show that's closer to me.
Anyone know where I can get the pre sale password for the govt mule cincy date?
It might not be the same, but the presale password for the p'cola show is "WARREN" The venue emailed me that pw, so maybe look into subscribing to the cincy venue newsletter or something.

Anyone going to try for Damien Rice's intimate US tour next month? He's doing three nights in NYC (his first shows here in almost 8 years). I'm gonna try to hit up at least 2 of them. Be cool to meet some board peeps there!
