After finals I'm gonna build my dream setlist. I have a plan of grouping songs together that I'd like to see in little runs by themes, some by musical themes and some by lyrical themes, and then stringing all those together. I'm really excited about it.
I'm uploading pics to imgur now but it's taking a while. I'll do videos too.

Double post for pics. This is from Coachella week 1. I was third row, bi[\u]tches.
All from the beginning before my phone got full. I think this was Bloom:
I think this was 15 Step:
"This one's called Magpie" -Thom Yorke
Some videos:
The color of blue during Weird Fishes is my favorite color ever.
You reel me out then you cut the string.
Sorry for my singing in this one. It's one of my favorites so I couldn't resist.
I was so pissed I didn't get more but my phone filled up. Also check out my Bon Iver and Snoop/Dre/Tupac videos on youtube if you want. I got a lot of the beginning of Holocene. It's really good.

The thought is that it's a Thom/Nigel Godrich thing. At this point I'd put my money on the new album being created mostly by them, even if it is billed as AFP.
The real question is will they spin any new songs??

Thom has said several times that the process went:
Jam with full band in the studio, then Nigel and Thom took that stuff and made it into the AFP album. That could mean ANYTHING but Flea and co. were definitely involved in the beginning process.

Right, and if the band bits they've included in the new album are akin to the samples from various members of Radiohead used throughout The Eraser then I'm sure to win my bet!
This made me realize that I'm almost taking this fact for granted due to the fact that I'm seeing them 3 times this summer. Bonnaroo will easily be the most magical.

Yup. I saw them twice in 08 and will be seeing them 4 times in 2012. Despite being 3rd row at Coachella, the best show will clearly be Bonnaroo. There is no comparison to the magic on the farm.

Some people a couple months ago were saying it might need to be 5+ hours... I've never tried for pit for a What Stage show let alone a headliner so I'm just making sure. Radiohead fans are pretty die-hard
^ Join the rest of us & we'll see! I'm going to get as close as I can for Rod y Gab, so hopefully I'll be on the rail by the time they start. This is THE ONLY BAND that I have to be on the rail for...
Seeing as I got back-to-back with MMJ and AF last year it probably will, but nothing is a given. I'm heading over for Sharon Jones and sticking it out in the pit line from there.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
My favorite part of the schedule is the fact that Foster the People is playing Which pre-Radiohead. It'll be a lot easier to get decent position for Radiohead than if Foster was playing What.

I think the fact that everyone is saying that might work against you.

Let me ask you this. Is this normal behavior? I was listening to a Radiohead CD and imagining seeing them live made me cry. I may or may not have just eaten a large ear of corn. I feel like you guys would be the only people that totally understand. lol

Normal? Absolutely. Seeing them live made me cry. In 21 days, I'll again be a blubbering hot mess of joy and tears, esp. if they close with Street Spirit.
