Not sure, I've never seen this. You sure you're logged in? I would say make sure you check the "keep me logged in box" and maybe that'll fix it.
Turtles are, actually quite sexy, if you think about it. I’m getting an erection just thinking about turtles. No, not a stripper named turtles, that’s not funny. Actual turtles.

juggs isnt being a weenie, hes right... anyone who was disappointed with that set came in with unrealistic expectations a big hits-rhcp-style set wouldve been cool for casual fans or fans who (for whatever insane reason) dont think kol was very good, but for passionate radiohead fans that set was a perfect reflection of what the band looks/sounds like in 2012. the new songs were filled with such amazing energy, and we got a few excellent songs from each of the 2000s albums, i wouldnt have asked for anything else. oh and i can never really tell from crappy youtube videos but full stop definitely has some real potential, and the visuals they use for that song are pure insanity
It's like, if I hand you a sandwich and am all "hey man, have a bit of this delicious ham sandwich," and then you take a bite and hand it back and are all "I'm disappointed, I was hoping for a turkey sandwich," you'd be insane
I personally loved the set, with exception to Morning Mr. Magpie and Idioteque. Maybe I'm remembering weird, but both of those songs sounded completely jacked with the band being way out of sync. I've heard Idioteque live enough to know that it was definitely off.
Other than that, fantastic show. These guys are just so damn good. I nearly passed out when Kid A came on and had to sit for a couple of minutes so that was kind of disappointing, but after that I felt fine and made it through the rest of the show dancing and singing at the top of my lungs.
BTW, I was left center in the vicinity of the two clowns who were waiving flags. What a bunch of idiots. The people behind me were pissed because they were effectively blocking their ability to see the set completely and it started getting pretty testy until one of them finally pulled their flag down almost midway through the set. People are just incredibly inconsiderate. Others were bulldozing through just after the set started and knocking people over to get good position which was also lame.
... and what was up with the damn fireworks? quacking morons.
Actually with the train wreck that was idioteque a few nights earlier in Newark, I paid extra special attention to Idioteques syncopation and thought it was quacking spot on. Magpies got a weird groove to it live so maybe that threw you.
It sounded like there was a lot reverb during those two songs, but I was a little lit so maybe that factored in. I started getting kind of dizzy during Morning Mr. Magpie and like you said that's got a weird signature to begin with.
I forgot about Paranoid Android as well. I couldn't really hear the bass line during the first two verses and that seems to be the case every time I've heard that song live. I'm beginning to wonder if they're aware of this? Overall it was still really, really awesome.

It isnt a "right or wrong" debate. I simply said that I was disapointed that they chose to play sooo many songs off their last two albums (thats how I felt and thats how I still feel). I understand that they have been playing that material this tour, but Im allowed to hope for a few tunes that arent played as often. This doesnt make me any less of a fan than you or the guy next to you. Its personal preference.....I like KoL (Alot) but, I like a TON of their other stuff as well. Youre making a sweeping statement by refering to me as a casual fan while describing those who only enjoy material from the last 5 years as "passionate fans"??? Im not sure how you came up with that logic?? Juggs took what I said the wrong way (or maybe what I was trying to say didnt come out the right way). It doesnt matter at the end of the day because most people on here would think it was magical if Thom Yorke blew a fart into the Mic and called it their latest single.

God I hate it when people say stuff like this.
Yeah. It's really the lowest level of critical discourse.

i did not intend to call you a casual fan or claim that i am a bigger fan than you (although now i see how it seemed that way). im sorry if you were insulted. i just find it VERY hard to believe that someone who was paying attention to the setlists on this tour and really loves KoL would be disappointed by that performance
edit- im new to posting in forums, so im still getting the hang of making passionate arguments in print without antagonizing people or making an ass of myself. so im sorry if im offending anyone, i feel like 50% of everything im trying to say gets lost in translation when i put it in print

I'm so surprised by all the hate for that show. I agree the setlist wasn't as good as 06's (I wasn't there but I've heard the recording a million times), but to say that this weekend's show wasn't magical is just silly. Of course they played a ton of new stuff, they're supporting a new album.
A few people at my camp were wishing they had seen Fake Plastic Trees, and I did my best to explain my thoughts on the matter. They've turned a corner, and they're a much happier and more energetic band as a whole- especially on tour. A song like that, while a truly incredible song, doesn't fit the vibe of the tour. Even the down-tempo songs in their setlists have a groove to them, with the possible exception of Give Up The Ghost.
And you can't deny that Paranoid Android was incredible! I've seen it 5 out of the 6 times I've seen them, and that was my favorite ever. I loved having the displays going while I walked out of there, too.
Overall, out of all 6 Radiohead sets I've seen, this is probably my second favorite. Again, comparing across tours is very silly, but it's natural to compare shows you've seen of a band. I liked it better than Atlanta, Coachella, and Cincinnati of this tour and Charlotte in 08- despite the fact that I was third row at Coachella versus about 8 rows behind the left pit at Roo. The only show I liked better was Lolla 08, but that was strictly because of the setlist. The vibe at Roo was the best, the lighting was better (this tour compared to 08 as a whole), the banter was looser, and the crowd was waaayyy better.

I don't know about everyone else, but from the pit, I thought the fireworks during Reckoner were just quacking amazing. They fit the mood perfectly with the little "pops" in the air and IMO it made the situation all the more magical. I might have a different opinion than most because I was in the pit and could therefore hardly hear the fireworks, but I honestly thought they were awesome.

I have been on a god d*mn mission to find this out since I got home. I was DIGGING all of those tunes. This is what I've got so far (I think it is all of them)
Zomby - Mozaik Zomby - Things Fall Apart (ft. Panda Bear) Zomby - The Forest Actress - Senorita Actress - Lost Actress - Always Human Radiohead - Give up the Ghost (Thriller Houseghost RMX)

I wasn't too far behind the pit and I thought it was loud and annoying as hell. There wasn't any real need for it and it took away from a great song. To me it's no different than someone rudely talking in the movie theater for a minute straight while your fully immersed (or trying to be) into what's happening on screen. It's an unnecessary distraction.

Haven't found the one I'm looking for yet, but I think there's a good chance it's by Actress. The song had a really brief vocal sample that was repeated over and over, and it was really emotive in a tripped-out way. It kind of stole my soul for those few minutes and prepared me for Radiohead's downtempo stuff, like Bloom and Kid A.
- Think it may have been Always Human. Anyone remember hearing it?
Anyone know where a recording is that hasn't been taken down? All my searches have been disappointing. I was hoping to find a rip of the stream, all I can find is audio.
At this point your best bet is through torrents. Someone uploaded the full set in HD (720p) so I'm assuming it's the same one that's been taking off of public sites.

Yea I have been downloading that one since Monday evening. It has like 300+ leechers and 5 seeders currently. It's taken me this long to d/l a gig, and there is still 2 gigs to go.

That sounds just like Things Fall Apart
Edit- Although upon listening to the track you posted, I definitely remember them playing that one too
