Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
i really hope that this bonnaroo set lives up to everything it can be!
Thom seems to have a soft spot for Bonnaroo, even though he has complained about its environmental impact in the past. We'll see what they do at Coachella, but I'm expecting a badass setlist on the farm.
I think it's going to be BA setlist too. I just want 30 songs. and TALK SHOW HOST!
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

Bloom 15 Step Airbag Little by Little Myxomatosis The Gloaming Morning Mr. Magpie Pyramid Song The Daily Mail Weird Fishes/Arpeggi Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box (First time since 2001) Identikit Lotus Flower There There Feral Idioteque Encore: How to Disappear Completely Kid A Lucky Bodysnatchers Encore 2: Give Up the Ghost Reckoner Paranoid Android
Fantastic show, the encores pu it over the top. Can't wait to see em at Roo where I don't have a 2.5 hr drive after the show.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
If they opened Bonnaroo w/ Paranoid Android, the farm would be going absolute apeshit for the next 2.5-3 hours. It would be liking feeding us all a handful of drugs at the beginning of the show.
We've got a bit of time between now and the next tour leg.
Semi-stole this from at ease but I'm lengthening it to Bonnaroo-length. Create your ideal Radiohead Bonnaroo 2012 set. 30 songs max. must include 7 tkol songs (not including staircase/daily mail/supercollider/butcher/etc), 5 unreleased songs max, 2 b-sides max unless they have been set regulars (i.e talk show host). For the sake of things we'll also say all setlists should probably start with Bloom.
1. Bloom 2. 15 Step 3. Airbag 4. Morning Mr. Magpie 5. How to Disappear Completely 6. Little by Little 7. Kid A 8. Identikit 9. The Amazing Sounds of Orgy 10. There There 11. These are my Twisted Words 12. The Gloaming 13. Feral 14. Idioteque 15. Packt Like Sardines 16. Staircase 17. Pyramid Song 18. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 19. Worrywort (praying this is the next b-side they bust out) 20. Codex 21. Separator
22. 2+2=5 23. The National Anthem (Hunting Bears outro) 24. Bodysnatchers 25. You and Whose Army 26. Street Spirit (Fade Out)
27. Give up the Ghost 28. Just 29. All I Need 30. Paranoid Android
damn. I'd lose my poop if somehow this setlist was a part of my life.

CSTNZ - I really like the middle section of yours. I had to consciously avoid replicating it. We must appreciate this band in very similar ways. At the very least, I hope we get Feral>Idioteque.
What are the chances of Talk Show Host this tour? With as popular as it is (especially for not being on any of Radiohead's albums) and with the huge list of songs they practiced, I'd say there's at least a slight chance.
I would lose my poop if they played it at the farm
really hoping for Motion Picture Soundtrack on the farm but I don't think they have played it since the Kid A tour
Honestly I really dont think that matters at this point. They've played Orgy, Meeting in the Aisle, and Packt on this tour so far, they've teased Hunting Bears and had Treefingers on a rehearsal setlist. At this point, no desire is unreasonable

I assume it would be as mind-blowing as it was the first time I heard it on Kid A, and realized that the entire track was beautiful, vocal-less, ethereal noise. I'm sure I would jizz my metaphorical pants just as hard as I did then, except in a crowd of 80,000 people. I'd say 'incredible' is a pretty good adjective in this case.

What do you think?
I think that Treefingers is the perfect way to transition from the first half of Kid A to the second, and think it would be kind of silly to play it in a live setting. It's not meant to be played live. But maybe if I saw it happen I would be proven wrong. Who knows?

I can respect that. I just think there's a lot of potential for improvisation in the song. When I saw them play Feral in Dallas, they probably extended it at least 2 minutes and it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I wouldn't expect a band with songs as intricate as theirs to do any kind of "jamming", but they did and it was awesome. Treefingers could work the same way but with a much mellower vibe
