It gets a resounding meh from me. With two years to plan this thing I would expect the headliners to be "oh wow" type of performers not 2012 Bonnaroo The Other Tent material.
Is Kenny Rogers that big of a draw in the UK to headline a festival like Glastonbury anyway? I'm not going to put much faith in that article.
I can see that he would play at Glastonbury, but headline Glastonbury? Very doubtful. (And that article is not very well written which makes me think they have no idea what is going on)

Keep in mind that technically, I guess, really, just to make everyone feel better, each stage has a headliner..
I am tempted more and more to bump up my coach to the festival to earlier in the day so I can work in a hike up to the Glastonbury Tor on Wednesday morning.

They'll probably add Prince, because Mumford & Sons isn't a top 3 headliner.
I know this might be sarcasm, but it's always interesting to me how acts are billed at international festivals. I know Arctic Monkeys are huge in the UK, but it's still odd to me how they can headline arguably the biggest music festival in the world in Glasto yet be billed 10th at a regional Houston festival I love called Free Press Summer Fest.
Compared to that billing oddity, seeing Mumford & Sons headline just about every festival in the world doesn't really surprise me.
