Big Gigantic I could see more in the Matt and Kim slot from last year. Or possibly the Robyn slot. They've received alot of love from fans touring non-stop over the past 2 yrs and have had some HUGE crowds and festivals as well as played to 10,000+ touring with PL. I believe they are too big. But then again Alabama Shakes are an MTV Artists to Know in '12 band. Guess we'll see
Big Gigantic completely destroyed their AllGood set last year. They came out with the Fireworks and just did not stop.

Need to check this band out. New album is free for anyone who wants it. biggigantic.net/
So good. Gah. I love that band. Steve was playing for them on the last tour .. but I missed those shows. The album was recorded at Echo Canyon, if I'm not mistaken.
If we could get something like
Ty Segall>Disapears>The Fresh & Onlys>Atlas Sound .. that would be the ticket price for me. I'd love to see that.

Last year I had a blast on Thursday spending the afternoon & night discovering new artists and stuff I'd never even heard of. This year I'd like to see:
Alabama Shakes tUnE-yArDs the Naked and Famous Little Dragon Bonobo Youth Lagoon Yuck the Antlers A$AP Rocky (Childish Gambino slot) Cults Grouplove Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. Frank Ocean Big Gigantic Zoogma e.company Silas Reed N' Da Books Danny Brown Gary Clark Jr. David Mayfield Parade Mansions on the Moon Boy & Bear Fun Walk the Moon Jokers Ride
Would absolutely love to have these guys open one of the tents on Thursday. Their set is fantastic and definitely gets ya movin'.
Fun fact of the day, the brother and sister singers/guitarists, Barbara and Ethan Gruska are the grandchildren of John Williams (like the Star Wars, Jaws, Indiana Jones composer John Williams, lol)

I wanna see louisville get more love this year. Last year we had MMJ and (I think) The Pass. Thursday potential: Nerves Junior and Anton Mink. Both great bands!

I'd like to see Moon Taxi on the bill. Figured they would probably be a Thursday night act considering they're still playing smaller club sized venues. Maybe things will turn out well for the guys. They truly deserve a Bonnaroo spot this year.

I've seen nerves junior twice. Once their own material, and the other was a cover show. They went big and covered kid A, they killed it. I also used to work with a couple of the guys and unfortunately they haven't been contacted as of yet.
That's a cool song & video. Have you seen 'em live in Louisville?
Yeah same as the person above, we were probably at the same shows. I agree they totally pulled off kid a. It was a great show, as well as the show of their material.
