My friend and I observed this guy as he had his picture taken with women. As part of his "pose", he would put his arm around the girl and casually grab a handful of her butt.
I saw this guy on Sunday, somewhere over between the Ferris Wheel and The Other Tent. I already thought he was creepy just by virtue of him wearing a pink ass-high tutu and hitting on girls 1/3rd of his age - but between the lack of underwear, harassing women and taking creepy pictures of them, he just went from 'creepy weirdo' to 'holy fuck I'm pretty sure I saw this guy on To Catch a Predator'.
Saw him Sunday during Iron and Wine...and yes his penis did have glitter on it. Please stop bringing it up because I keep getting visions of it in my head!!!!
I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.

Saw him at the end of Florence taking pics with a topless chick. During one of the pics, she flipped up his tutu and just at the same time my poor husband looked that way....we saw tutu dude several times after and he pulled me the other direction every time...I think he was scarred
Never seen complaints about women walking around topless, so if this guy wants to uh, let it all hang out, then I don't see the issue. Where else can one get away with dressing however they'd like?

Well said. Let your freak flag fly, but the second he is taking crotch shots and offering unwanted contact, he should be kicked in said tutu, or punched in the face.
