For some reason I was fearing they would stick to the all-acoustic formula. Incredibly pumped to see that Neil will be bringing Old Black to the farm! Mr. Soul and Bluebird are going to be some incredibly tasty jams.
I'm really excited with not only the instrumentation, but also the set-list selection. Hot Dusty Roads? Everybody's Wrong?! Broken Arrow?!?! You've got to be kidding me! How awesome are these tunes going to be when enjoyed amongst the Bonnaroo masses?!
Tonight's a big night, we'll see if they've got any other tricks up their sleeve. I wouldn't expect toooo much set variation, though like other posters have said, Hung Upside Down would just be awesome. Cannot wait.

I have tickets to see Black Keys in July, maybe I should just camp for BS.
My gf and I skipped Black Keys last year for the Flaming Lips set because we had tickets to see them later that summer... It was a phenomenal decision. Besides, the Keys are better in smaller venue IMHO.

From the back does not cut it for one's first exposure for to such a potentially epic show.
Agreed. My first (and only) White Stripes show was at Bonnaroo and I was really far back in the crowd. At the time, it didn't matter because I could see them on stage and the sound was amazing. I do regret not being closer though.....because my memory feels like me watching a crowd and listening to White Stripes.....way too far back to get a good visual imprint
Depending if the heat is too unbearable, I'm probably going to be at Which all day Saturday. Its not going to hit me til then that I'm going to see BUFFALO MOTHERFARKING SPRINGFIELD. OMG.
When we are camping out I have something to counteract the heat I have one of those portable misters not the cheap foam fan spray bottle but an actual pump up to pressurize it misty mate's. We can sit in a circle and pass it around to kill time and keep ourselves from perishing in the heat. All contributions to the circle wil be appreciated :- ;D
