the only real problem is the sunday conflicts (which is one the worst ever) but if you look at the entire lineup there wasnt much they could do... overall i think they did a good job but I guess it really has to do with your taste

I agree. Conflicts are unavoidable, but for the most part I have some great runs of concerts I'm going to see full sets for. This is going to be epic.

Besides the Robert Plant/Beirut/Strokes/Explosions/Superjam conflict which obviously takes the cake for the worst conflict.. the shpongle/ratatat/pretty lights one is quite a doozy.
If I end up going, I think Robert Plant will be my choice cause I feel like I'll probably never have a chance to see that again. For the other, most likely Shpongle because the Shpongletron Experience looks like it would be the trip of my life haha.
At first Girl Talk and STS9 looked like a tough one too, but I guess I decided I really don't mind missing Girl Talk too much.

I avoided most conflicts. Besides Sunday, the only meaningful obstacle is PL vs. Ratatat. I was hoping to be able to catch a little Weezy, but thats not looking likely at this point. Walkmen vs. Twin Shadow will be worked out somehow. Primus vs. MMJ sucks, but there is really no debate, its all about the Jacket.
my only real conflicts are on sunday, but i havent stayed past 3pm on sunday in the past 3 roo's ive been to, so i doubt that changes. i was very scared about mmj vs primus, but im really excited that they are only partially conflicting. i'll see an hour of mmj then all of primus. black keys and buffalo springfield not conflicting is good too.
i was also scared about the late nights, but friday night is going to be amazing! bassnectar into lil wayne into pretty lights?!? and saturday dr john into sts9. seems perfect
Last thought for the moment - does anyone wish they would go back to the old "the headliner starts at 9:00, finishes around 11:30, late night starts at 12:00" routine? Because the past few years' "headliner starts at like 10:30" business kind of sucks.
i can see why they did this, this year. They didnt want Black Keys conflict with Buffalo Springfield and MMJ and Primus completely conflict
I have a bad feeling that Arcade Fire will spill over into The Black Angels late night, making me a very sad person .
as long as they don't spill over into big boi i'm good...it's already gonna suck having to run over to the other tent and hope to get a good spot...i have a feeling big boi is going to be PACKED!

I actually kinda like it. Alot of people wanted MMJ and/or Primus late night. Atleast they get to see them at night now, and it'll be alot cooler (literally). It also allows Buffalo Springfield to be an unopposed Which Stage headliner. The only drawback I can see is if one of the headliners is really late.

I bet quite a few people will be doing Arcade Fire -->Big Boi. I'm hoping a lot of people will be at Wayne to clear room for Big Boi. Plus Bassnectar is a big draw so that'll help. I bet it goes Wayne-Bassnectar-Big Boi-Black Angels in terms of crowd size for the "early" late night slots.

I'm debating if I want to skip half of Arcade Fire's set so I can get a good spot for Big Boi. I may even skip Arcade Fire all together. I like them but not nearly as much as Big Boi/Outkast.
The worst conflict for me is The Strokes/Superjam. And having The Decemberists playing until the time NOFX starts. Overall though its a good schedule for me.

Gonna shoot for : Thursday: Best Coast>Band Of Skulls>Sleigh Bells>420 Friday : Grace Potter>MMJ>Arcade Fire>Big Boi>Lil Wayne Saturday: (which could be the greatest back to back to back to back to back shows I have had) Chiddy Bang>Mumford>Black Keys>Buffalo Springfield>Eminem>Bootsy Collins>Girl Talk Sunday: Strokes
Ok on the pdf file I am guessing that the blacked in boxes are set in stone and the others are ideas but not quit set just yet. So still yet many things can happen.
- Primus having time after MMJ - Pretty Lights after Bassnectar, although at different tents (wanted to get close for PL) - Deer Tick before Portugal.the Man in the same tent - Mumford & Sons, Black Keys, Buffalo Springfield, Eminem - NO CONFLICTS! - Desitively Bonnaroo being before String Cheese (partially) and Girl Talk
I am beyond pleased with the schedule. The only bad conflicts for me are Ratatat/Pretty Lights, Desitvely Bonnaroo/Bootsy Collins/String Cheese Incident/Girl Talk
