1.) Insider informed us that they would be playing friday night.
2.) As one of the main headliners there is NO way they will ever play on thursday night.
3.) Occassionally a bands performance date will be listed as the first day of the festival (thursday) as a place holder until the schedule is announced.

Yeah, I have always had a problem following rules.

I asked this dude why he thought Thursday (I agree, most bands do put Thursday since it is the start of the festival). He claims it was updated today on the Arcade Fire site, and they always put the day they play a festival on the site.

I guess we will find out in 'coming weeks'...
