Did anyone else expect this round to be so sweeptastic? I hope Detroit or Nashville can turn something around and make a series of it. Philly can continue to lose only because they are playing Boston. Go Bruins!
no, I don't think anyone saw this round being like this. The Boston Philly series should have been great even with Philly's shitty goaltending. And Tampa sweeping the Caps...wtf!?
I hope Detroit or Nashville can turn something around and make a series of it.
Most of Nashville hopes the Preds can turn things around, too. Rinne hasn't been on spot this round (at least not like he was in the first round), and I'm not sure how long Steve Sullivan will be out. I had to stop listening to the game last night; I was too anxious.
I think Bob is their best goalie which is sad. He's got a lot of potential bit he is just a rookie and he always goes down after every shot, leaving the top shelf constantly wide open. Hopefully they'll fix that mess next year.
Detroit has a pulse. More importantly, now that Nashville is at home for game 6 will Shane Weber need to wear a beard protector to keep cicadas from nesting in it.
San Jose is going to fall to the same fate they do every year. They just happened to make it a little farther this time. They always fall apart at the end.
It's now official, The Atlanta Thrashers are moving to the 'Peg. If they're are any Thrashers fans out there I feel for you, we lost our Expos here in Montreal years back.

The Hawks/Braves/Falcons have relatively poor attendance, I can't imagine the Thrashers were wildly popular.
I still don't get why the NHL doesn't do 15 Canadian teams and 15 American teams. Winner of each conference plays in the Finals every year. I guarantee more people would care about the NHL than they do now. As much as Americans love rooting for America, they seem to love rooting against Canada just as much for some reason.
I'm concerned because the two times I've gone never seen hockey there only nba finals. I dunno why its been that way. Hopefully they fix that for the sports bar because the games have been great. Vancouver just keeps getting those last minute goals.
