Because he came out late and didn't apologize, and then didn't play any extra or anything. He clearly hates Bonnaroo, and all the fans. He's the 2011 Kanye West and I hope they never invite him back ever. Ever.

Wow, that's a little harsh, Juggs. What makes you say all of those things? I liked watching Bootsy from my computer. Thought he was a funky good time.
I'm with Juggs on this one. It was incredibly unprofessional of Bootsy to show up that late, and to not even apologize to the fans. And I might have even let that one slide at a concert where I was going just to see Bootsy specifically - but at a festival, fans are sacrificing time they could be spending seeing another band. Besides the Sunday pre-headliners, Bootsy vs. !!! vs. Loretta Lynn vs. the start of The Black Keys was my biggest conflict of the weekend.

Bootsy and his band was not late at all. The reason of Boosty starting late is a mixure of things....
First of all Gogol Bordello came on and played a 30 min acoustic set before Devotchka, After the Gogol Bordello acoustic set, instead of playing half a set Devotchka played a full set and didn't even get done playing till 7 30, So right there its fucked either way. Then Bootsy comes on, and the sound guys have lots of amps and instruments to deal with in as short time frame. Sometimes it can just be real difficult too set up all of that stuff and not have problems.
Bootsy loves his fans, Bootsy even said at his show that he loves us, and that they ( the musicians in bootsy band) are REAL, after the show all the members came to the front row and shook hands with everyone.

This. I hear it was great and I'm sure I would have loved it had I stayed, but with Bootsy's history (he would regularly come on stage hours late in his early days), and my experience with the Kanye fiasco, there was no way I was sticking around to find out what might happen.
I don't recall Devotchka endin' at 7:30. I want to say I remember checkin' the time on my phone and it bein' around 7:00. But I could be wrong. Either way, really bummed I had to miss this set as I had really been lookin' forward to it. But I could not miss Buffalo Springfield.
