I agree, way to big for a tent unless it was a LN show. I found their entire set from 2009 in 10 minute chunks on youtube. The sound quality isn't great but their show was. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
Considering we kinda know these guys... G. Love (and Special Sauce) Shpongle Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band Young the Giant The Civil Twilight Ben Sollee River City Extension Givers
How many other tent/stage acts do you expect that we don't know?
Hanni El Khatib is also listed on the Windish Agency site.
Hanni El Khatib is touring partially with Florence and the Machine, as is Twin Shadow... so Hanni is probably a guarantee.
GLO was my favorite surprize in '08. I would LOVE to see them again on the farm! Being from NH I rarely get to see them... I was front row for their semi-recent Boston gig!
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
I'm hoping for Fitz and the Tantrums...I really haven't heard too much buzz on here about them but I think they would be a good fit.
There was a lot of buzz before the lineup came out because they said they would likely be there. Then they said they wouldn't. Now I don't know what to believe.
A Bonnaroo date is posted on his My space page. It says he is playing the 10th.
I like this add!
Me too!
This might be a silly question, but who is Hanni? I've heard about him but never actually heard him before. Worth investing some down-time to listening to his stuff?

I only heard of him because of his SWSE review. He is a two piece band ie. Black Keys/DFA.....Garage rock style....pretty solid listening.... CHECK HIM OUT!

Take a listen. Check this song out for a quick listen.. He has this like 50's and 60's sound to him. I saw him open once, he put on a good show. He puts on some pretty interesting interviews as well.
We're getting Radiohead right? lol maybe a surprise Jimi Hendrix performance. But in all seriousness I'm not expecting anything. So if there is additions I like I'm sure I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Soooo he's kinda crazy? I like crazy. I got my speakers at work taken away for blasting ridiculous music all hours of the day, so this will have to wait until I get home. But thanks for the advice, definitely going to give him a listen tonight.
I agree, I'm really interested to see who the big comedian is and if they will be a good MC on the What stage.
I wouldn't get my hopes up for that just yet. Last year was the first year they had an MC on the stage and I don't think it's definite that it will happen again this year.
If they have a "big" comedian there's no guarantee he'll MC the what stage, though it would be interesting.
Still holding out hope that one of the following are there this year: Louis CK, Zach Galifianakis, Reggie Watts
