Warren will sit in for at least a song, guaranteed.
I expect Gregg Allman to be brought out like they did Bob Weir.
Dr. John is almost a lock, and I can't wait. Bootsy too.
Bela Fleck or Jeff Coffin is another high possibility.
Yeah Allman Brothers and WSP toured together in 2009, and every night Greg and/or Warren would sit in for a couple of songs. So its probable. I expect Bela Fleck to be all over the farm like always. Him and Jerry Douglas play really well together so that would be cool.
Forgive the ignorance, but what band does Jerry Douglas play in?

He is sitting in with Allison Krauss and Union Station. He has his own bands as well, but thats who he's listed with at Bonnaroo. For people who don't know, he is with out a doubt the best dobro player in the world. If you can find any recording of him with Bela Fleck and/or Sam Bush, I strongly recommend it.
one thing bonnaroo did this year and definitely set the lineup up for unlimited collabs.. they even mention it in the revenge of superjam article on the site. i was going to start a thread until i saw this one.
eminem and weezy will undoubtedly perform together, probably during em's show. jack white and loretta, jack white and wanda, jack white and karen elson, jack white and dan auerbach? neil and anyone warren haynes and gregg allman les and bootsy, les and hutz, les and anyone robert plant and alison krauss
where does it end? we can all argue about what bonnaroo's roots are planted in, but we should be able to agree that the beauty of bonnaroo has always been in guest appearances, jams, sit ins, and collaborations.

I think we can expect a lot of Young Money guests during Wayne's set. I've seen him in concert and he doesn't have enough stand alone songs to do it all himself.
Most of his songs feat YM artists so I'm sure they will be there. Most notably probably being Nicki Minaj and Drake which may not excite most but that's one sweet trio to me. Throw Em in there for a jam during his set and that's pretty bad ass!
Considering I haven't even seen an "official" lineup for Bootsy Collins' Funk U, I would not be surprised if that ended up being an allstar band. I could definitely see Claypool, Wooten, etc. sitting in.

Old Crow came out for the end of Mumford's set last year. I imagine it'll happen again based on how awesome it was, Mumford's rise in popularity, and the love they have for OCMS.

Last year, John Paul Jones made a completely unexpected appearance at the Shakori Hills festival to perform with Bela Fleck and Abigail Washburn. Considering he's going to be gearing up for a tour in July, you have to at least entertain the possibility that he could be there for Abigail and Bela's sets on Friday, and maybe even stick around for Robert's on Sunday.

What about Bootsy with Dan and Dr. John for the Superjam? I could see that happening. Also, I have a feeling the Funk University might be a live workshop than an actual performance. I could be wrong, but that is what my gut is telling me

It is the name of his new album
In 2010, Mr. Collins signed with Mascot Records and has a new album coming out called: Bootsy Collins Funk University due out early 2011
I think this is my favorite speculation thread on Inforoo. I can see and hope for a lot of sit ins with MMJ (It will be my 5th MMJ show and 1st Bonnaroo) as well as them sitting in on other sets. I'm pretty sure Carl is playing lap steel with Karen Elson as well as Jack White on drums. There is no way Jack isn't playing with Wanda Jackson, with all the TV appearences they've been doing it would be weird if he wasn't there.
Side note- Bonnaroo is all I can think about every waking moment and it is making school harder.

Apparently, Dr. John played on Gregg Allman's new album and Warren Haynes cowrote a song with Gregg on the disc. I could definitely see both of them coming on for his set, or Gregg showing up for either Warren's set or the Superjam

Ok, so what exactly is a sit-in? When I first read it, I took it to mean something like "A special guest sitting in on a set to help play a few songs."
