BoRe is an acronym used to describe a type of nuclear reactor that was never really used; Beryllium Oxide Reactor Experiment. No idea if that means anything.
This made me think of the Cold War and the arms race.

The word war may make this too obvious, but I'm guessing Cold War Kids.
Cold War works for the first two fragments (if BoRe is in response to a nuclear reactor) and a war amongst champions. Kids can be thought of as divine intervention? Maybe.

Or maybe there's two things: one is BO and one is RE?
I don't feel like it would be combined into one term if it were two separate things. I also feel like it would say "From Bo to Re", rather than the way it is actually phrased
For the elemental part... The founding members of the band were in a band called the Presocratics... There biggest album was "Table of Elements"
War amongst champions... In Germanic culture, the bear was a symbol of the warrior, as evident from the Old English term beorn which can take the meaning of both "bear" and "warrior".
Divine Intervention... Legends of saints taming bears are common in the Alpine zone. In the arms of the bishopric of Freising (see illustration) the bear is the dangerous totem animal tamed by St. Corbinian and made to carry his civilised baggage over the mountains.
Oh and thanks Wikipedia So divine intervention could be intrepreted as saints taming these bears(symbolized as warriors)

I keep going down the "break once, run everywhere" acronym. It's a type of exploit or attack used on software. If I understand it right, it has to do with the idea that once you break through a certain point in a software's encryption, you basically gain control over the system. No idea how accurate that is, I don't know sh*t about this stuff.

I guess I'm looking at it as two people that make up one musicial group....
I actually kind of like that. We know they pay some sort of attention here - has there been a spat lately between two board members (longtime regulars, or "champions") about a band or an artist, where their presence on the lineup would resolve something?

Wolfman Jess likes to bring up the argument that Arcade Fire can't headline... he gets into with pretty much anyone.

"From one BoRe to another, a war rages amongst champions. We're calling for divine intervention"
Okay, I hate to even bring it up. Maybe I just have Outkast on the brain but,
Big (Bo)i and And(Re) was my first thought. I don't have an explanation for the rest and it's really just wishful thinking. But Outkast at Bonnaroo would take an act of God, so I want to believe...

Atoms for Peace?
Sorry about the following science lesson, but it's only way I could think of to explain my guess. Nuclear reactors covert the thermal energy released from nuclear fission. Fission occurs when a relatively large fissile atomic nucleus (usually uranium-235 or plutonium-239) absorbs a neutron it is likely to undergo nuclear fission. The atom splits into two or more smaller nuclei with kinetic energy (known as fission products) and also releases gamma radiation and free neutrons.[1] A portion of these neutrons may later be absorbed by other fissile atoms and create more fissions, which release more neutrons, and so on. Peace - Divine Intervention?
I know it's a super group, but I've been told by several people that anything is possible at Roo ;D.
^^any beef between the two that had a big name intervine?
Not that I can find, though apparently there's a music club in Bo that is one of the oldest and most respected in Norway - it's called Kroa i Bø. Katzenjammer is playing there in February, and they're from Norway. No idea, though.
