Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.
If they aren't on the Bonnaroo lineup I might drive down to NO to see them at Jazz Fest. But I would rather just see them at roo. Maybe they will be at Hangout!

They are in Austria June 22. So it looks like the time gap that we can get them is growing slim. I wouldn't be surprised if Bonnaroo was their last show before they head to Europe as when bands switch legs it's usually 2-3 weeks.

Third band on the right and the date is June 17th. So what you thought was close just got even closer. Still, they haven't announced anything and I think they are at Bonnaroo this year as one of the top four bands now that they are the headliner of both Coachella and NOLA JazzFest.
I saw them last year and they were great. Would see them again if they played here but if they conflicted with somebody I haven't seen it'd be one less conflict to cry about and less of a crowd at the other set. so win win
I think its mainly their management. The members of the band that I've had the opportunity to meet and talk to seem really nice. Their manager Scott Rodger is a douche.
They always seem to play the same length set. About 90 minutes.
Do you think they will get 2 hours at Bonnaroo?
Just thinking about an extra 30 minutes gets me really excited. They could add like 3 Neon Bible songs, a couple more Suburbs songs, and a cover or two!

Does Arcade fire get radio play? I'm just curious.
This is probably a stupid question to some of you one way or the other, but I have very little knowlege of this band, and haven't listened to the radio in well over a year (and even if I did, Miami's only modern/alternative rock station went off the air months ago, so I wouldn't hear it if I wanted to)
Can someone suggest a good starting point (studio or live albums) for getting into Arcade Fire?
First album is a great start. You can start with their big hits I guess, Rebellion (Lies), Wake Up. and Neighbourhood #3 (Power Out). Of course, the album is full of many other great songs (Neighbourhood #2 - Laika, is a personal favourite).
From second album, the big hit is Keep The car Running, but No Cars Go is an incredible live song.
From Suburbs, again there are so many to choose from but, I personally love Rococo, Ready to Start, and Sprawl II
