pleasanthill : Perhaps you're the 1000th person to post that LOL.. but yeah that is what I believe it is. They are playing in France a week after Roo, but so is Kylesa and that's supposedly the answer to Clue #3. And he said they were similar in element (both metal).

Is the answer to clue #1 Dre? Refering to NWA as a watershed moment in music history and Easy E's demise? The common element with #3 being perhaps a common belief or perspective. (Anti-police for example.) Someone asked about metal being what 1 & 3 have in in common and asked about "cast-iron." Gary told him he was getting close. Slang for a gun was an "iron" back in the GANGSTER days...
It's Roger Walters - trip to space is the UK tv show Lost On Mars - the lad who died, a cop- main character, he dies in an accident but spends time in purgatory time traveling back to the 1970s. On Wikipedia one of the creators of the show describes it as a "humorous, pre-watershed moment to mock the 70s" and lastly the opening song to the Lost on Mars is TIME - off Dark Side of the Moon. Think I solved it?
