Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I can see Christmas and Birthdays being a real treat at people's houses:
"What did I get" - not telling, you'll just have to wait and see "This is the sh!tiest present ever!"
wow, I actually have to second this. To everyone who has already started bitching about the clues:
1) You aren't entitled to leno, get over yourselves. 2) In three weeks or so, none of this will even matter. 3)I thought last year was going to be leno, but i went and the undercard blew my friggin mind. Just chill I'm about 99% sure this year's lineup is going to murder last year's, even if we do get stuck with U2 or AC/DC.

I am telling you all...it is the band Apollo Sunshine. They won't release a clue for a headliner first! And here is the clue explanation: The first astronaut for the Apollo 13 mission contracted German measles and was sent home thus his space mission was thwarted because he was the spotted lad. A watershed moment otherwise would be SUNSHINE! Look them up! They played Bonnaroo in 2002! Am I talking to myself here! Geez Louise. You guys are driving me crazy!

ummm I don't think STS9 will be a headliner, just sayin
A trip to space thwarted by a speckled lad's demise. A watershed moment otherwise
The STS-9 shuttle launch was delayed for a month due to a nozzle problem that necessitated moving the vehicle back to the Vehicle Assembly Building where the nozzle was replaced.
Not sure how a nozzle problem has any connection to "speckled lad" but we could say that the nozzle's demise cause this space trip to be thwarted.
Then after they finally got to space it was considered highly successful having proved the feasibility of the concept of carrying out complex experiments in space using non-NASA persons.

This sounds like a pretty sound explanation... and answer. But people are still going to keep guessing because we have no thumbs up from anyone saying its right

Also somebody brought up a stagehand that died for the stereophonics somewhere in these 100 pages, but what about the drummer? he died 3 days before bonnaroo last year, does anyone know if they were supposed to play at Bonnaroo 2010 but didn't because of his death?
What is the explanation for the STS9 guess? I don't feel like reading the last 10 pages.
Eastkyroo brought it up at first and then we were both looking into it. Here's what I posted a while ago:
Good find. There may be something here.

no need to fight over who figured it out first Swampy, i heard the clue and figured it out in 15 min last night...never heard of the band...admittingly used google to search for bands with the name of apollo in them...i'm just getting people to listen and quit guessing absurdly
A trip to space= launch Hot sauce commitee was supposed to come out in 09
thwarted by a speckled lad's demise. = mca had (still has?) cancer A watershed moment otherwise = the decision to release the album and start touring again.
I can see how you got to this statement, but I don't agree with the critical thinking.
It could also be interpretted as the moment was disasterous or unpleasant (or insert other synonym), but despite that was a turning point or represented a new beginning (or insert other synomym)

I found out the L.A.D stands for- Liquid Acquisition Device, a device used in spacecraft and rockets to collect liquid propellants in weightlessness . could this be what delayed its flight?
