Anyone? Just finished this book after a friend gave it to me saying "This book will change your life, dude." and it really has. Reminded me of a lot of things that I learned a long time ago, have been reminded of several times over, and yet still can never seem to ALWAYS have it, which is what I'm working on now.
If you don't know, its a book written by Baba Ram Dass aka Richard Alpert. Quite an extraordinary story of the transformation he made from being Richard Alpert the Harvard professor to Baba Ram Dass the spiritual icon.
Ive recently met someone who is going to help me on my path to enlightenment and who coincidentally (or is it?) has studied with Baba Ram Dass as well as several other spiritual teachers.
Ive been in Buddhism for awhile now but am only now truly getting serious about having it involved in my daily life.
