My question, is do you have a problem with that lineup? Sure, maybe no mainstream rock, and very little jam, but I think top to bottom, those 11 bands would make for an awesome fest.
I'd go see it, but I don't think its likely. The Cure wouldn't be the top headliner or the closer - they'd probably be late night What at this point (although I think they'd be awesome in that slot). I'd rather have Allman Brothers Band than Greg Allman (Derek & Warren are the best part about the band). Dave & Tim I love, as I'm a huge DMB fan, but there's way more interesting picks for that part - especially since it would be Dave's 4th time. Primus would be sick.
This is my guess for the 2011 lineup ROLLING STONES-RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS-DAFT PUNK-MY MORNING JACKET-ARCADE FIRE-ALLMAN BROTHERS-FURTHER-THE ROOTS-311-RYAN ADAMS-ALLISON KRAUSE & UNION STATION-VAMPIRE WEEKEND-MODEST MOUSE-JACKSON BROWNE-THE WORD-BELE FLECK AND THE FLECKTONES-THE ROOTS-CUT COPY-RATATAT-HOLD STEADY-DRIVE BY TRUCKERS-M83-METRIC-ARTIC MONKEYS=SUFJEAN STEVENS-NEW PORNOGRAPHERS-EMMYLOU HARRIS-RAY LAMANTAGNE-GRACE POTTER-FLOGGING MOLLY-BRIGHT EYES-BLACK LIPS-DEERHUNTER-KING KHAN AND THE SHRINES-SOCIAL DISTORTION-BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB-GILLIAN WELCH-TRAMPLED BY TURTLES-STS9-TEA LEAF GREEN-FLEET FOXES-BUTCH WALKER-JOSH RITTER-DEER TICK-SLEIGH BELLS-MAJOR LASERS-BROTHER ALI-KID SISTER-JUNIP-DEEP VIBRATION- J RODDY WALSTON-BLACK JOE LEWIS-THE WOOD BROTHERS-PONDEROSA-JJ GREY AND MOFRO-BEACH HOUSE-BEST COAST-TITUS ANDRONICUS-TRUTH AND SALVAGE-KURT VILE-TWO DOOR CINEMA
I'm not crazy about the headliners, but the rest of that lineup is pretty great.

I'm wondering where all the Modest Mouse speculation is coming from. Especially considering it's been like 4 years since they've released an album, just wrapped up a long tour and haven't even started on a new album.
That said, if it happens, give them a long set late-night. That would own so hard and solve their complaint about not getting enough time to show what the band is about at festivals. They are usually bored and uninspired at festivals especially when they have to play during the day.
