Good lineup but way too old. We'll see some younger/newer bands higher on the card.
And if Darius Rucker closes the Which stage I'll be a sad panda.
The cure closing Sunday makes ZERO sense. And if Dave Matthews disgraces Neil Young by joining him on stage, some cheering hippie Quacks are gonna die.
Notes: I am not fond of Drake or Darius Rucker, but they are both draws for their genre, and not big enough to be a headliner. The Cure closing sunday would be pretty awesome, IMO Dave Matthews pays homage to Neil Young while onstage alot. I would only guess that he would do a good job onstage with neil, but alas, I moved him to friday, and he can have Greg Allman play with him.
I am working with what I think is possible here, hence no Daft Punk, no Radiohead, no U2, etc.
I would be ok with Arcade Fire taking Dave Matthews place as LN act friday.

Scott Stapp pays "homage" to EdVed on stage but would you welcome him walking onstage with a legend? Probably not.

You woulda been pissed when Neil opened for Dave a few years back. I payed $75 for 45 minutes worth of goodness.

Dave and Neil are good friends. They have played a bunch of shows together, including Farm Aid this year. Neil has and would enjoy playing a set with Dave.

Do you have a fetish for frontman-gone-solo? Just wondering.
Not Solo, I just couldnt add and Crazy Horse, and have it still look good, same with and Tim Reynolds.
I think all those are atleast semi likely though. The gorillaz may not be touring, but think about it. DMB taking a hiatius, that means Dave + Tim or Dave + Friends will tour (I still really want to see Dave and Tim), Neil Young will hopefully be touring (and not with Buffalo Springfield, either by himself, or preferably with Crazy Horse, Eddie Vedder has already anounced an Aussie tour... it really could work out.
My question, is do you have a problem with that lineup? Sure, maybe no mainstream rock, and very little jam, but I think top to bottom, those 11 bands would make for an awesome fest.

Honestly that would put me on Phish tour, or to the SCI fest in Michigan, other than Neil there is nothing for me in that.

Uhhhh. Listen. You realize Darius Rucker is playing solo shows at 1,500 capacity theaters, right? And the other venues he's playing as an opener?
The Cure would be incredible, don't see them as a Bonnaroo closer though. Dave or Neil would close it out. I see Gorillaz as a more likely late night than Dave, as well. I don't think Rucker would be that high on the lineup, but I'm far from an expert on country music.

I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but Explosions in the Sky has a new CD coming out in 2011 and is touring in Europe for most of the spring. Perhaps they'll drop in for roo?
