Also the campground shuttle is really interesting, the festival taxi people can't be too happy about those being there. Although I guess we don't really know how they operate yet.

Old fashioned family fun meets unnecessary competition at the inaugural Splash-A-Roo. Race for friends, bragging rights, or a chance to be somebody on a 35-foot tropical slide. Resist the urge to stay dry, and bring a waterproof camera. Not up for the challenge? Don't worry. Splash-A-Roo will have kiddy pools and practice slides too. Additional fun beach games such as volleyball and bocce ball will round out the fun courtesy of Fuze.
My and my husband were at my parents house last weekend. We(the adults) all went on the slip n slide. I have bruises and my ribs hurt. Those things are dangerous.

they're dangerous to adults and somewhat dangerous to kids... being a kid in this case has it's advantages; they're got the whole height/weight/youthful resilience thing working in their favor.
What is the difference between the golf cart taxis and the campground shuttle (other than the route differences obviously)? Is Bonnaroo actually providing a free fixed-route shuttle this year?

thanks. the most intriguing feature here appears to be the campground shuttles, which they appear to be attempting to integrate with the taxis.
it's kinda like a subway/bus system or something - with the shuttles running along primary pathways, while the taxis tend to extend out into further campgrounds. and you have both running on two of the most trafficked roads.

On the no list they have lawn chairs. Doesn't it usually say (more than 10 inches off the ground)? Wonder if they are not letting them in at all this year.

^ just wondering if you went to roo last year. last year they changed the set up of it. in previous years it was an enclosed tent, where as it's now more open. i think the area holds more people but unless you're right up close to the stage, you won't be able to see a thing. the area's also nice because there are some places to sit in the shade. let me see if i can try to find some pics of it.
not the best pic, but here's what the area looks like:

I have never been in the Troo Music Lounge in my previous 2 visits to Roo so I was wondering if there is much sound bleed from the other stages. More or less than any other stage?

I went last year, and I even went to the Music Lounge once or twice I think. I remembered it being more closed off, but the memory isn't very sharp as I usually saw it after dark.
I noticed the "Camp Shuttle" and I dont remember seeing that on previous maps. Does this mean they are going to have buses transport people instead of $5 golf cart rides?
The shuttle is what takes people from the nashville airport to bonnaroo. from what i know, you can leave and take the shuttle out of roo only on friday or saturday and are granted one re entry. why you would want to leave for even a second is beyond my comprehension. UNDER 5 DAYS!!!! who the hell is pumped!?
