My 2nd Roo. Will be pretty much the same as last -- going solo, knowing very few of the bands, and loving every minute of it. Thinking of buying (instead if borrowing) a tent, actually...
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!
2nd Roo for myself and oldest daughter, don't plan to stop coming until ??? wish I had discovered how much fun festivals were 10-15 years ago when I could survive on far less sleep.

Ticket is bought and will be attending my first Roo. Will have a cousin in tow who will be on his 3rd (2008, 2009, 2010) and up to 5 more noobs. Should be an interesting, eye opening weekend.... Really can't wait....
Big big thanks to all those who have posted helpful tips and suggestions that have helped me semi-wrap my head around the idea of life on the farm. Though I am approaching all this with an open mind and a "take things as they come" attitude, not going in as blind as I started sure is settling

Don't know who our crew will be yet, we always have people who swear they are coming this time and bail out! Hubby and I will be camping in access if anyone wants to say hi!
This will be my third in a row and I am more excited than I have ever been. It has nothing to do with the lineup. Maybe it's because by you 3rd trip it starts to feel like home or maybe some crazy stellar allignment but I have been literally aching with anticipation since the drive home last June. I wouldn't care if Turd Ferguson and the Assholes of Destruction were the only ones playing, Bonnaroo would still be my reason for putting up with the rest of the year.
Hell yes I'm going! This will be my second Roo (went last year) and by the time I get to the farm it will be only my fourth real festival ever (after Springfest next weekend and Hangout in a month). I don't have a Roo-pile started yet (or a pile for any other festival for that matter, should probably get on top of that!) and I haven't technically asked for the time off, but I'll be there no matter what. I think I'm addicted. And yeah I'm with you Danger7, I really don't care what the lineup is, I would be going anyway. The atmosphere can't be beat. BONNAROOOOOOOOOOOOO

I would keep everything nicely stacked in a corner year-round until the next Roo / festival, but I use far too much of it during the year for camping or playing in the woods or whatever and the pile gradually separates into a hundred smaller piles or pieces of gear laying all over the house, my car, outside, etc..
This is going to be my first roo. I am actually more excited about this than almost anything else I can remember. I have been counting down the days for a month now and am excited to just let myself go with the flow.
