im pissed that rolling stone is listing Jay Z as a headliner along with Kings and Dave is that really the biggest name we are going to get, also Rolling stone is listing in them in the order of importance.
Jay Z is huge. Bigger than KOL definitely and at least the same size as DMB.
Has there been any real big surprise yet? Or did everyone have the big acts nailed so far?
Reallly...Tori Amos. You expected her?
I posted this on the 10 of january in the thread about what would get me on the farm.
1. Tori Amos 2. Violent Femmes 3. Green Day 4. Soundgarden 5. Jason Mraz 6. Damien Rice 7. Death Cab For Cutie 8. Tori Amos 9. Tori Amos 10. Violent Femmes
No, I had no idea that Tori Amos would be there...
I respect her, but not my thing. I was thinking BNAs .. Like Byrne, NIN types (not headliners, but not tent fodder).

Just ignore the people who don't get how big Jay-Z is. They just don't have any idea.

...Stevie Wonder was announced via the NewsChannel9 broadcast at 6:00 tonight...my local news station. They said it on the air and posted his name along with Jay-Z, The Flaming Lips, Weezer, etc.
This is a concept I hope they don't repeat next year. I think I'd much rather be excited seeing all of the bands listed at once then seperately. Either way, when I write down every band I'd like to see (and there's a ton), it's a good lineup. I truly believe if we get Waters, McCartney, or Prince, it can turn this good line up into one of the best Bonnaroo lineups ever.
