Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo in 2013!!
And clearly you aren't a rapist (I hope) but the way you pop into any thread where a woman happens to be lamenting her lack of ride to Bonnaroo and tell them to come hop on your bus sounds extremely rapey.
It's not that I hate the genre or anything - in fact I made it a point to see Toubab Krewe - but I'm just not keen on the idea of shelling out over $200 to watch a bunch of musical acts that look/sound like they were taken from an inner-city crafts center.
I think I am so negative about it because African music is the only world-music subgenre that ever gets any attention at Bonnaroo (or in general). Why can't there be a Japan tent? Or an India tent? Or a South America tent? I'd pay extra if Yoshida Brothers were on the Farm...

Wait a sec, SCI can't possibly be playing a festival before the Red Rocks shows, now can they? A comeback before the rocks would be anti-climactic. This is disappointing.

i'm not familiar with their earliest stuff.....but the earlier you go (from what i've seen) the grungier and more raw the sound is. i fell in love with the band because of the album "Magic Potion". That's a good one. I like rubber factory too.
Their big hit though, is "Attack and Release" and was produced by Danger Mouse (of Dangerdoom and Gnarls Barkley). It let them work in a nice studio with a producer who challenged them in different ways.

I read the news today oh boy, About a lucky man who made the grade, And though the news was rather sad, Well I just had to laugh,
I saw the photograph, He blew his mind out in a car He didn't notice that the lights had changed, A crowd of people stood and stared, They'd seen his face before Nobody was really sure If he was from the House of Lords.

My boyfriend and I both work at the same place, I work in the office (with the internet ) and he works in the warehouse. This year will be both of our first Roo and everytime a band is announced that I think he will like I run out into the warehouse to tell him!
