Well if worst comes to worst, you can always take your tracking number directly to the UPS hub and pick it up there. My XM Radio came signature-only and I just went and picked it up because I couldn't be there to sign for it. So never fear, you'll get your tickets.

AHH! It's killing me sitting at work knowing they're out being delivered. My little bro is at home (he's out for the summer) keeping a close eye out for the UPS man, and then he'll be checking the color of my ticket!!! I can't wait!
I called them this morning - had them taken off the delivery truck and held for me at customer service - I just wnet and got them and I will be a happy camper for the rest of the day

My guess is you can get to Smyrna, GA (wherever the hell that is) and back before the 4th. Build an army and storm the place and demand for your tickets, and while you're at it some free doughnuts. Cause hey, free breakfast never hurt.

Me too, pat5507! Yesterday they were in Doraville, scheduled for delivery today! Today they're in Atlanta (like me) and not scheduled for delivery until MONDAY!

I'm trying to find-out If we can just go and pick them up ourselves. I could crawl there and still be back home, with my tickets in hand, before Monday!

Has anyone near Bonnaroo received their tickets yet?
My tickets have been sitting in Knoxville for over 24 hours. No departure yet. I called and they said they are scheduled for delivery today (6/1) and on time. I find that highly unlikely.

I'd call UPS and tell them that you must have the tickets 5pm because you are going out of town and won't be back till sometime next week. Also you can raise hell if it says that they attempted delivery but never knocked or rang the doorbell. It works when customers call in with those lines at DHL.
On a side note, on the UPS tracking page, my delivery descriptions say "package". Anyone elses say "package" because for DHL, the ordinary shipping envelope shows up as "letter" when tracking it. Maybe mine is coming in a box to include my golden ticket and all the spiffy camping gear. Please Joe Pesci, I need that golden ticket!!

Actually, I am going out of town tomorrow and I told them that.
They said as long as the package is tracking on time, there is nothing they can do. They also said - once it is late, the sender must request an investigation.
Did you receive yours yet in Huntsville? Did it go through Knoxville?

Nah, mine came through Doraville, GA and have been out for delivery since 5:04 am but have yet to reach my grubby hands. If your tickets have made it to your local hub, you can request to pick them up from there before they close or meet the driver on the road.
So the UPS driver pulls up in front of the house and just sits there! I am thinking come on dude... you're holding gold out there. So I wait and wait and wait and just when I think he lost them or was having lunch, he appears. Yea..but he goes across the street. Talk about dragging things out. Okay so I see he has two more packages and an envelope, envelopes gotta be mine, but what happens? He opens the door across the street and in goes the envelope-WHAT??? Well, he's coming across the street towards me with the box, turns around goes back exchanges the box for the envelope and FINALLY, I have my tickets!!!
Fear not my fellow Atlantians...the ticket I ordered to come to my office just arrived! The UPS guy did make me sign for it. Of course I have no idea if my first order (which I had sent to my house) has arrived yet. I left a note for the UPS guy at home to stash my package behind a chair on the front porch. We shall see...

Hilari called UPS and, eventhough the tracking info says they aren't being delivered until Monday, the tickets are actually currently enroute to my apartment.
