I just love how all the different reports show a pretty large difference in weather and rain %'s. Just goes to show you that predicting the weather is like betting on a horse to win the derby. It is a crap shoot!

Well I checked out weather.com and its calling for some rain or storm every day... but you never know how seriously to take this. I went to a local festival in September and it said there was only going to be a 20% chance of rain the day before, and it ended up flooding and we had to get evacuated... so just wait for it. that's the only way you'll know.
Rain, rain, glorious rain! I live about 45 min sw of manchester, and it's finally raining here. Everything has been sooooo dry and burnt up looking. Maybe this rain will knock down some of the pollen and dust before the 'roo and make the grass nice and green again! Check out these pics, just taken outside my office in Lewisburg.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, "Holy sh*t ... what a ride!"
This is a pretty typical forecast except it's usually in the 90's. The 20% chance of rain means PM showers which almost always occur 1 or 2 days during Roo. Not normally enough for a mud pit but sometimes.
Just be ready for rain. It will happen. Maybe a little. Maybe a lot.

We're gonna get rain at the Roo site, finally. Gotta turn off the computer due to lightning.
We are just south of Nashville and as scary as that radar map looks, it only rained here about 5 minutes. Lots of wind and some thunder. Would have been a cool roo storm!
see i really like this forcast isnt tooo terrible. As longf as the rain isnt bad ebough to start flipping secured tent, there is nothing like a little rain to cleanse the mind, body, and soul and to get on to a little bit more rocking

That's the spirit... Overcast in the afternoon would certainly help the temps. I don't go to central TN for the fabulous weather-- it's the impenetrable vibe and music!
