630ish AM on Thursday and ended up camping in Ferris Bueller sitting practically flush with 3rd Ave, which seemed like an ideal location. My Bonaroo cherry was popped this year and damn it was fun! ...great neighbors, great atmosphere and a fantastic time!!! I can still hear the reggae version of the Mario Bro.'s theme this guy was playing by the food stops on the way to the Centeroo gate.

got in line on 24 west around 6 a.m. thursday, after inching forward, then stopping forever, then all of a sudden covering about 3 miles in under an hour we were finally put in after 4 1/2 hours in camp ivan drago. we stopped complaining about the wait immediately!
We got in about 7:30 pm on Wednesday and were put in pod 1. Camp OddJob about halfway up to the treeline behind the "ThunderRoo Dome". We had the big African print mumu for our flag. And we had the best neighbors ever - twins John and James from Louisville and Wilma with her Boston crew.
10/10 Earl Sweatshirt
10/23 Beats Antique
10/30 Lee Fields
12/1 twenty-one pilots
1/25 the Pixies
And clearly you aren't a rapist (I hope) but the way you pop into any thread where a woman happens to be lamenting her lack of ride to Bonnaroo and tell them to come hop on your bus sounds extremely rapey.
we went to walmart Weds nights and hung out till 8am, got to the 112 gate turn-in at 9am. When I got to the gate turn-in the cop tried to send me to the next exit but I told him I needed handicapped access and showed him my cast and he let me and my cousin in behind me. I then got in the regular line because I am not handicapped with a broken hand. After getting past the check it took about an hour to get to the camp. We were put in Camp Clubber Lang for car camping. I thought that was tent only. We were right on the corner of 1st and 4th ave right by the port-o-johns. It was a premo spot, only a 2 min walk to centeroo. The only part that sucked was the smell when they cleaned the port-o-johns. I will try that again next year.
We got in line at 8:30 but didn't get parked until like 11:30. We were parked in Camp Ed Rooney, right behind RV camping. Not a bad spot, but still not as close we would have liked, so we hiked it to tent-only. Great decision once again!
We came from the north of bonnaroo and headed out from my girlfriends uncle's house around 9am. Came up to the entry around 10:15 (the other side of the highway had a insane long line and ours was less then 5 cars). We followed the line, the rain started and a RV got stuck in the mud. So the troopers redirected us up the backway, and luckly we saw a sign for bushy branch road and took a right onto that. Cut into a very long line and we were set up at pod (9 + 10 the first day, 11 the last day). I think we had our whole camp set up in Ace Ventura before 1230. -Wang
Came from Exit 105, got in line about 12:30 or so, in by 2:30.
Camped at the far side of Camp Ron Slater close to Cleo McDowell. Hands down the worst spot I've ever had, both in terms of the walk and the fact that we didn't have a single wash stand within a 15 minute walk. Absolutely awful.
2007 - Bushy Branch Exit - Arrived at 8AM - 4 hr wait - BFE - 45 min walk 2008 - Exit 112 - Arrived at 3:30PM - 3 1/2 hr wait - Camp Daniel LaRusso - Less than 5 min walk 2009 - Exit 112 - Arrived at 11:30AM - 3 1/2 hr wait - front of Camp Hans Solo - 5-10 min walk
This year we were in line 3 1/2 hours and were right in front of the exit when the cops stopped us and let 10 cars just coming onto the highway cut in line. We were pissed! Anyways, we had an awesome spot in Hans Solo in the front right corner close to the road.
Got in line around 6:30 am, sat in line for about an hour only because there was a group of about seven cars taking up the middle of check-in waiting for another car to join them. Ended up in Ferris Bueller about 4 cars down from the portos and shake down street and four cars from the main road by the showers. This was my first Roo and I was so happy to be so close. Only down side was a bunch of us in POD 3 got robbed saturday night during NIN. Tent was slashed open, money stolen, and they even took my flip flops!
2/17/09 - Eagles of Death Metal 6/11/09 - BONNAROO!!! 6/17/09 - Hank III 6/27/09 - Ghostland Observatory 7/25/09 - Incubus 9/13/09 - X Fest 9/29/09 - Passion Pit 3/30/10 - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club 3/22/10 - The Big Pink 6/10/10 - BONNAROO!!!
flew in, took shuttle and got there around noon on thurs, got a prime spot in tent only, right near the arch...i think we were in the front corner of camp thunderlips...great way to start off the first year
Got in line on I-24W at around 7AM; the end was about at exit 117. Got into 'roo about 4.5 hours later, and a prime spot in Camp Jabba the Hut. We were going to leave Wed night, but did not after reading the "Fair Warning" thread. So we got lucky.
We got into line around 1:30am Friday morning and were set up by 2am in Pod 8 Camp Brian Johnson. It was pouring and storming the whole way in and I was so happy that the rain stopped as soon as we got in line.

got in line thurs morning around 630am along i-24. was re-directed by a cop on a motorcycle to exit 111. shorter wait in line, but was placed in BFE (camp Q, pod 1).
my only complaint was that they never opened that enterance near VIP for the people in pod 1 on time!! the site map said it was open daily from noon to midnight. friday and saturday it wasn't open until 1pm or later. i was able to use it sunday only b/c i didn't head up to centeroo until after 1pm.
you have an entire year to plan this festival. why can't you open an enterance when you say you're gonna open it??
He's like you made an über troll by taking the worst parts of me (the utter disregard for other people's opinions), Phi (cluttering up threads with memes and adding nothing to a discussion) and Jess (an apparent belief that everyone else is the problem and/or arrogance without self awareness).
