Dueling Banjos was the last tune they played, so perhaps that's supposed to be the end of the setlist? I wasn't there for the whole show but I'm pretty sure they played more than 5 tunes. In any case it's messed up; I doubt they have a piece called "New Song".
Gonna take a shot in the dark and ask who's got my Steeldrivers? Pretty thin crowd, but an amazing set. Hoping someone taped it.
Hell. F*cking. Yes. I was so excited for these guys and they were excellent - I was right up front, maybe 5 rows back, plenty of space. Crowd was actually decent for a show that early on with a band that isn't that big.
What I'm hoping for is that, since all the bluegrass shows were broadcast on Tennessee Shines, that some intrepid soul out there recorded the FM feed, or that someone out there will be rebroadcasting them again. I would love to have FM quality sets of the Steeldrivers, Del McCoury, and the ones I missed like Tony Rice and David Grisman.

Any crystal castles tapers? They started off with 2 new tracks, I want to hear it again.
I was standing by some tapers for Phoenix --> Crystal Castles --> Girl Talk. I know the kid who taped girl talk has posted on the board, and Phoenix has surfaced, so I'm guessing there's hope that someone taped Crystal Castles.

I'm hopeful that there are still a couple folks who haven't preping/posting some of their shows since I know there was someone taping at Lucinda and nothing's appeared so far. I suppose it's possible it didn't come out right or that he simply doesn't share his recordings, but I had a brief chat with him after the set, where he seemed quite friendly so I'm staying with my initial hope of more still to come at least for the time being.
Excited for Paul McCartney, Grizzly Bear, Bjork, The National, Animal Collective, Beach House, Kendrick Lamar, Swans, Tame Impala, Wu-Tang Clan, David Byrne & St. Vincent, Wilco, The xx, Nas, Japandroids, Solange, Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, Dirty Projectors & R. Kelly

I was listening to Grizzly Bear in the car this morning. If that set doesn't pop up at some point, I will be greatly disappointed, perhaps as bad as when nobody taped Atmosphere in 2006.
I wanted to see DEP, but went to Citizen Cope (which was good) instead... I hope it surfaces, as well... bummer I missed Allen Toussaint's set, no one was interested in my group, so I have to check it out.

Dammit. I just emailed that taper and learned that he didn't record DEP because he ran out of batteries. I'm fairly sure there were no other tapers there, so we DEP fans are screwed.
In other news, he did say he recorded 18 shows at Bonnaroo and will be putting them up on etree, archive and dime over the next few days.

Any word on the shows? Maybe anything that hasn't been posted yet?

I asked him and here's what he still has to upload: Neko Case (to archive) Yeah Yeah Yeahs Beastie Boys Phish (Friday) Bon Iver Wilco Robert Earl Keen Shadows Fall Bruce Springsteen (to dime)
He also said there was another taper at DEP who missed the beginning, and he's going to contact him and see if they can edit their tapes together to re-create the whole show. Obviously we can't get our hopes up, but at least there is still a possibility.
and it's kind of muddy. I know that tends to be the case with What Stage recordings, but I was curious if anyone has listened to the other recording: bt.etree.org/details.php?id=526061

and if you think it's any better. Thanks.
After comparing both recordings of "Lay it down," I'd say the second recording is a definate sonic improvement. Tracked better, too.
