That's the 16th package from Third Man Records "The Vault" so it was $60 for the vinyl, photo book, and there's also a 7" vinyl in there as well...but I hadn't opened it yet. Every 3 months they do a package like this (LP, 45, and other item like shirt, poster, DVD, or book) for $60. Then at the end of the quarter you can renew or cancel. There's also a lot of online perks but I mainly sign up for the vinyl records.

It's not only the White Stripes. It's mostly Jack White projects but they have done other things (like one of the four packages usually has the LP be a compilation of all the Third Man Records singles that were recorded at the studio that year) and you can choose to renew/cancel every 3 months. I've skipped certain packages in the past but if you like rare White Stripes, Raconteurs, Dead Weather, or Jack White stuff then the Vault is hard to beat.

You can sign up after they announce the packages, right? Isn't the amount they press based on how many people sign up for that particular quarter?

Yea, they just switched to Third Man Records running things instead of Modlife.com (their old location for the Vault) but the system should be the same. So they should announce the next package very soon and then you have to sign up by July 31st to get this package. Then you wait about two months and they send them out and then the cycle starts over again. You always have time to cancel your subscription or sign back up after they announce what is in the package.
Clearly I wrote "to invest" so perhaps before correcting people you learn to read thoroughly.
And yours is the kind of help we can all do without. You've made your point: clever to a fault and full of errors like the rest of us.
Alright, f*ck it. If you want to keep this game going, we'll keep it going.
a) You used the "quote" feature incorrectly.
b) You wrote "to invest," yes, but you also wrote "invest $200 to one band," when the correct usage would be "invest $200 in one band." I'm right; you're wrong.
c) Your post should say "perhaps before correcting people you SHOULD learn to read thoroughly," not "perhaps before correcting people you learn to read thoroughly." The "should" can not be omitted since it changes the meaning of the sentence.
Look man, I'll stop as soon as you admit to your mistakes and admit that you called out the wrong guy for not punctuating a half-assed post. Until then, I'm going to keep trolling the f*ck out of you when it comes to your grammar.

I admit we both make grammar mistakes. Please continue to "troll" to your heart's content.

Solid Sound finds.
The Velvet Underground and Nico Down for You is Up (Australian Import, white vinyl) Recorded live in Cleveland Pixies--Doolittle Uncle Tupelo--Still Feel Gone Nels Cline and Julian Lage--Racy Nels signed it with a halo over my "A". Heh.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Just swung by this awesome Chicago location called Logan Hardware. Free interactive "Arcade Game Museum" in the back, great selection, personable and helpful staff. I was convinced to buy two albums by artists I didn't know, Boris and Cold Crush Brothers, and I picked up a Copy of Dance to the Music as well.
I got White Mystery's album after they opened for Naked Raygun, and after finding out it was cash only, the singer gave me a discount. Incredibly nice and personable.
FInally, I got The Evens' record at their Chicago show as an impulse buy. Hopefully I won't spend all of my money before I have to buy ticket to the airport.
(1) Damon Albarn (2) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds (3) King Khan & His Shrines (4) Ty Segall (5) Ms Lauryn Hill (6) Darkside (7) Kanye (8) Janelle Monae (9) Goat (10) Meshuggah.

All you fine folks asking questions about the Third Man Records take a look at this. It's the next Vault package. If you sign up to the Vault at ThirdManRecords.com by July 31st ($60) you will get the package below as well as other online treats (interviews, photos, videos, and early bird ticket sales if there happen to be any). This one's looking good for Willie Nelson fans. Some heavy hitter names included as well.
My "collection" is in its infancy...if you can even call it a collection.
Radiohead...King of Limbs Atoms for Peace...AMOK The Knife...Shaking the Habitual The Uncluded...Hokey Fright Nine Inch Nails...Hesitation Marks (just ordered today)
Gatsby soundtrack (couldn't swing for the gold and platinum vinyl :/)
The Pretty Light's packaging is pretty amazing. It's basically a hardcover picture book. Pretty cool that you could get it signed for an extra $10 or so too
My Third Man Vault package is on the way too
