Um, I have not! Should I do this? I don't really know anything about them. But the brief Googling I just did has revealed that there are (a) similar to some bands I like and (b) from my state, so I will check the album out!
You should mos def check out The Felice Brothers. One of my favorite 'Roo shows and have consistently put out great albums.

I would just like to say this is my first time in this thread and I think it is brilliant! I am going to be spending the next week reading about everyone.
But for now, CONGRATS PlasticPepper, on to the questions!!
1.) If I told you I would give you a plane ticket to anywhere in the world where would you go?
2.) Given that your answer for a celebrity crush was David Tennant I can only assume you're a Doctor Who fan, yes?
If your answer to question #2 was yes, What is your favorite Doctor Who episode? Who is your favorite Doctor Who villian? Your favorite Doctor Who companion?
If your answer to question #2 was no, Why don't you like Doctor Who?
3.) If you had access to a time machine where is the first place you would go?
4.) If you saw Bigfoot in the woods what would your first reaction be?
5.) Have you ever had the desire to learn Morse code?
6.) What's your favorite holiday? Why?
7.) Have you ever been somewhere and seen someone with a Bonnaroo wristband or t-shirt on? Did you talk to them?
8.)What is your favorite thing about LEAVING Bonnaroo?(I know, crazy right?) The first shower? The first real meal? Turning the air conditioning on? Looking at your pictures? Telling all your friends who weren't there how amazing it was? Your first load of laundry?
9.) If there were a blackout at your house right now could you put your hands on a flashlight in under a minute?
10.)What's your favorite accessory? Purses? Shoes? Jewelry? Tattoos?
Ooh, let me think. Well, I routinely lose things within the depths of my purse and have to rummage around for ages. That's boring but I can't think of a better answer.
If your answer to question #2 was yes, What is your favorite Doctor Who episode?
Probably Blink. Other favorites include The Girl in the Fireplace, Silence in the Library / Forests of the Dead, The Impossible Planet / The Satan Pit.
I'd probably say Amy, although I must admit that I've only seen a couple episodes from season 5. The boyfriend and I started watching everything from the beginning, so I stopped watching season 5 when we started that and we haven't quite caught up yet. But from what I've seen I like Amy a lot.
Christmas! I just love how happy and warm everything seems at Christmas time. Decorations all over and Christmas music playing everywhere and everyone's giving gifts and baking cookies and having parties and all that.
7.) Have you ever been somewhere and seen someone with a Bonnaroo wristband or t-shirt on? Did you talk to them?
I don't remember ever seeing anyone with a shirt or wristband, although I've been the person with the shirt/wristband that other people saw and talked to. And I've seen cars with Bonnaroo stickers.
8.)What is your favorite thing about LEAVING Bonnaroo?(I know, crazy right?) The first shower? The first real meal? Turning the air conditioning on? Looking at your pictures? Telling all your friends who weren't there how amazing it was? Your first load of laundry?
The first post-Roo shower is absolutely the best. Although I must say, the first post-Roo hand-washing, frequently taking place at Cracker Barrel, is also pretty great.
9.) If there were a blackout at your house right now could you put your hands on a flashlight in under a minute?
Yep, there are three about five feet away from me. I can't swear that they all have batteries, and two of them are technically booklights, but at least I could have some kind of light. Although I think I could actually get downstairs and grab one of the big flashlights in under a minute too.
10.)What's your favorite accessory? Purses? Shoes? Jewelry? Tattoos?
Jewelry, I suppose. I'm so cheap when it comes to purses and shoes that I never really have very many options. So I can't do as much matching to certain outfits. But jewelry is fun!

Which band will get you dancing the most at roo this year? What single song are you looking forward to the most at roo this year? What is your beverage of choice early afternoon at roo? Can you teach me how to Dougie? If you could remove one band from the lineup this year, which one would it be? What is your favorite shot to drink? What is the best advice you have ever received?
What is your beverage of choice early afternoon at roo?
Apart from water? Haha. I don't know, I have to figure out what sort of beverages to bring. Might try to bring the kind of Mike's that comes in cans. Either that or I will just bring vodka or rum or something and try to make mixed drinks.
I could try, but it would not work. I once watched a video that tried to explain it a little, and I was all "oh, I can do that!" and then I tried to do it and it just looked awful. I have no dancing ability.
If you could remove one band from the lineup this year, which one would it be?
Maybe the Black Keys? I've got nothing against them but I also don't really have any interest in them and getting rid of them would make room for another big act. Plus they were just there last year. And if they weren't there chances are it would make room for an act I might like. Whereas if I were to remove, say, Eminem, we would just end up with another rapper probably and it's doubtful I would like whoever that was any more.
The only shot I've ever had is a chocolate cake shot, but OMG those are amazing. Vodka and Frangelico, and then you bite into a lemon after taking the shot. And it somehow tastes exactly like chocolate cake.
Probably "Better to regret something you did than something you didn't do." That general idea has always been a major philosophy of mine, but one time I was agonizing over some decision and someone said that to me and I just thought that put my thoughts into words really well.
Please note: I am not using my computer, but rather a shit-ass Fujitsu Lifebook. I am without my beloved Google Chrome, and hence, without the single most important keep-you-from-looking-like-a-dumbass-on-the-internet tool, spellcheck. Also, trying to read anything on this tiny screen is pissing me off, so while I did attempt the read all the questions, there are definitely some that I skimmed by, so if I ask any duplicates, just roll your eyes and continue.
What is your worst habit? What are your current top 5 concert experiences? What are your 5 favorite bands? What 3 bands would you most like to see before 12212012? What latenight set are you most excited for? What is your favorite food at bonnaroo? What smells do you love? What other music festivals have you been to? What is the coolest birthday present you have ever recieved? Where would you most like to travel? What music can always cheer you up? What food can always cheer you up? What are your top 3 bestest movies ever? When was the last time your eyes watered from laughing? Why were you laughing? What is your favorite site of the cheeseburger network? What is your favorite meem? List 5 concerts you wouldn't want to be anywhere near? What is your position on the west memphis 3 case? In your opinion, what goes best with steak? What is your favorite restaurant?
Just bands, or solo artists too? I'm gonna go with solo artists too, just because I was having trouble deciding on bands. The Beatles, the Decemberists, Billy Joel, John Denver, and...er....Damien Rice.
What is the coolest birthday present you have ever recieved?
Either a bike or the Mimi and the Googoos amusement park playset thingie. I think. It's hard to remember what I got for my birthday and what I got for Christmas.
If you could be 20 years old at any other time in history, when would that be, and, of course, why?
What do you think deja vu is? Do you believe in past lives? How about reincarnation? What about pre-destination, are our lives already played out for us? Is time linear? What's your stance on 2012? Or is our calender wrong? Is May 21 2011 really December 21 2012?
I don't know! Freaky, is what it is. I've heard the theory of one eye registering a sight shortly before the other one, but I don't know if that fully explains it to me.
What about pre-destination, are our lives already played out for us?
Umm, I don't know, I sort of believe in that to some extent. I think I'm one of those people who tries to believe in fate and free will at the same time, basically just depending on whichever one is more convenient for me to believe in at any given moment.
Bad yet entertaining movie in which John Cusack can outrun the apocolypse! But more seriously, I am definitely planning on the world NOT ending in 2012. Hopefully I am not wrong about this. Although I guess that would be better than thinking it would and then having it not.
I've tried now about 4 different times to get this whole quoting thing done properly, and without actually posting it, I'm pretty sure I failed each time- so with that said, if this effects your answer at all:
Reincarnation is typically understood in terms of animal-to-human-to-animal, or human-to-animal, whereas past lives is undestoold in broader terms. In that a past life might consist of being either an animal or a human (this is of course if we understand human and animal as being essentiallly different, but for the sake of the question let's just say yes). Does this change your answer at all? Maybe not, probably not? I'm not sure, but hell, I'm drunk and I'm rambling!

So...reincarnation is limited to bouncing back and forth between human and animal? In that case I suppose I don't agree with that. I don't see any reason why it would have to work that way.

Worst Beatles song? No politician-y answer either like they're all good or you can't pick one bad one. There's like 275 of them there has to be one you don't like.

Well, the worst one (as far as anyone else is concerned) and my personal least favorite are definitely not going to be the same thing, but I'll give you my personal least favorite - it's definitely "Long, Long, Long."
I'm not entirely sure! Friday I'll probably be at Big Boi, but then I'm not sure where to go after that. And Saturday...eek. Definitely Gogol, but SCI, Scissor Sisters, and Girl Talk are all shows I wouldn't have minded seeing. I'll probably hop around...maybe see if I can check out Scissor Sisters and SCI for at least a little while each, then head over to Gogol, and then maybe the last little bit of Girl Talk if I'm not completely dead by then.
What is your favorite George Harrison Beatles song?
Hmm...maybe "Roll Over Beethoven," but I feel bad picking a cover. I like a lot of 'em though. "Think For Yourself" is good, and I actually quite enjoy a lot of the Lennon/McCartney ones George sang in the early years..."I'm Happy Just to Dance With You" and "I Need You" and "You Like Me Too Much" and all those.

Got any plans to stop by Dr. John? Though I can't really blame you if you don't, as spreading yourself too thin at Roo just isn't worth it.
Also, you're obviously a huge Beatles fan - I really wish you could have been in my senior English class this fall. It was called "The Beatles' Lyrics as Poetry" and was taught by the head of the English department, a really awesome hippie lady who was the tour nurse for the Grateful Dead from 1990-1995, as well as at the first Summer Camp. We also had a great discussion about Bonnaroo, and she told me about attending the first year of Rothbury. Anyway, here are some of the more thought-provoking questions from the final exam - I'd be very curious to hear your take on at least three of the following six questions (oh no, not homework time! ):
1. Choose lines from "Across the Universe" and discuss their meaning.
2. What is the social criticism embedded in "Piggies"?
3. Describe the philosophical concept in "Within You Without You".
4. Discuss the meaning of "Nowhere Man".
5. Discuss "Strawberry Fields Forever" in terms of its actual and esoteric meaning to Lennon.
6. Identify the intersecton of this quote by Mario Savio:
There is a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part; you can't even passively take part, and you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all.
...and the lyrics to John Lennon's "Working Class Hero".
and last but not least, a couple non-optional ones from myself:
7. Long, Long, Long is an interesting choice for least favorite Beatles song. Personally I love it, I think it's one of the most under-appreciated songs in their entire catalogue. I don't think John and Paul ever fully viewed George as being on equal footing despite having written such classics as "Something" and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" - probably due in no small part to his younger age. Is there anything in particular that you don't enjoy about it?
8. Rubber Soul or Revolver? Sgt. Pepper or The White Album?

Ooh, interesting - I'll try to give my thoughts on each one, but my thoughts probably won't end up being an actual answer to the question.
1. Choose lines from "Across the Universe" and discuss their meaning.
Ahaha...there's not really anything in that song that requires that kind of analysis. Don't get me wrong, I love the song, it's just...well, like many Beatles songs, it's just a bunch of bits that sounded cool strung together, and imagery, and words that fit the music correctly. And people just take it way too seriously.
3. Describe the philosophical concept in "Within You Without You".
Another fairly straightforward song, if you ask me. I don't think I'm a very good music analyst - I just don't see the point. There's no need to just paraphrase the lyrics for a straightforward song like this one, and if you try to come up with some deeper meaning and read between the lines of a song that ISN'T so obvious, then you're just making assumptions and you're probably just making stuff up that the artists didn't intend. All that over-analyzing of songs drives me crazy, especially when it comes to the Beatles because there's just so much of it. A song means whatever it means to you, that's all.
Awww I pretty much can't hear "Nowhere Man" without thinking of Jeremy from Yellow Submarine. I love Jeremy. Actually my car is named Jeremy, after him.
5. Discuss "Strawberry Fields Forever" in terms of its actual and esoteric meaning to Lennon.
lol...actual meaning? A place from John's childhood + a bunch of words that sounded cool + a decent helping of typical Lennon ego. Esoteric meaning? All I have to say is that I'm pretty sure I would have either walked out of this class or gotten kicked out for laughing.
6. Identify the intersecton of this quote by Mario Savio:

I give up. I am so not cut out for trying to analyze music. This all just sounds so dumb to me. If you ask me, the entire existence of this class would have either pissed the lads off or given them a good laugh, depending on their mood.
and last but not least, a couple non-optional ones from myself:

8. Rubber Soul or Revolver? Sgt. Pepper or The White Album?
Hmm, I'd pick Rubber Soul over Revolver, I think. But it's a tough call, I like both a lot. They're kind of the perfect balance between early Beatles and late Beatles, if you ask me. A bit less plastic and a bit more substance than the early stuff, but still with a good helping of the catchiness and singability that makes me love the early stuff. As for Sgt. Pepper vs the White Album...well, that's really not a fair comparison, is it? I think I'd have to pick the White Album, but being a double album put the odds very much in its favor as far as the likelihood of it having a good handful of songs that I really love. And Sgt. Pepper has never been one of my favorite albums, no matter how much anybody might want to complain at me for saying so.
Hi Pepper, Just two quick questions related to your love of The Beatles. Are you a fan of any of the other British Invasion bands of the sixties? Are there any that you really dislike?

I like the Who...mostly I'm a huge fan of Tommy, will admit that I'm not even super familiar with their other stuff outside of the hits. Love the Kinks. Herman's Hermits, although again I really only know a handful of their songs. I love most of the 60s music that I know, British or otherwise, but in most cases it's just the big hits.
Never been a huge Stones fan though. I don't really dislike them, just never really into their stuff for some reason. I probably would like 'em just fine if I ever listened to them in more depth. I do like "Ruby Tuesday" a lot, but that's about it...there's a handful of Stones songs that I'm okay with, but that's the only one I really love. OH, and "House of the Rising Sun" never did much for me, so possibly I don't really like the Animals. But that might be the only song of theirs I know.

Awwww haha sad times! For what it's worth, Sgt. Pepper does contain a few songs that I really love, plus a few more that really grew on me during my extensive playing of Beatles Rock Band. Also my senior year of high school I dressed up as Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds for our Halloween dance.

Only a few more hours left to ask me questions before I pass the conch to the next BMotM! C'mon, there must be more things you're dying to know about me!
