Described as a cross between The White Stripes and The Band, this trio has caught my ear. They've toured with Simian Mobile Disco, Bat For Lashes, The Shins, and Oasis. They've been compared to Kings of Leon, The Raconteurs, and Neil Young.
I highly suggest you check out their mini album, The Thief and the Heartbreaker.
I've been LOVING this band for about a week now. Can't imagine there'll be any conflicts at whatever time they're playing, and I cannot wait. Right on, brother.
I've been listening to this band a lot recently and really loving it. I heard them described as a cross between Band of Horses and Neil Young, which I think fits them fairly well.

ok people. they are sick. amazing.
if anyone has seen them live, please review and will they play the song, "The Devil's all you ever had"...cause well, its like the sickest song ever. go ahead try it. tell me different.
I must've had Alberta Cross confused with someone else. I completely overlooked them at first. I wound up listening to them last night and they've suddenly become one of my must-sees. In fact, I might leave earlier for Bonnaroo just to be sure that I'll get there in plenty of time to see them. So have they not released a full LP yet? Just the EP and the "mini-album"?
