Better that it died this weekend than at Roo. There was an EZ Up that died in Camp Inforoo last year that almost caused a problem.
Yeah, it still died in a parking lot at a sporting event. I had to leave it there because it wouldnt fold down and then two of the bars snapped. It made it 5 years with probably over 100 games and a few music festivals so I got my money out of it.
I just purchased this Canopy from Amazon for $99. I know there are better deals on Canopy's but I like the way this one has an adjustable back flap, allowing for extra shade when needed while still allowing for airflow. The $99 includes free shipping but it wont arrive until between May 21 & May 29. Still plenty of time before Roo.
Target has an Igloo Maxcold 40 qt cooler on wheels for $29 plus a free 24-pk Pepsi product- I tried to find a link online but it didn't come up. I don't know how well Igloo coolers hold up, I've only ever used the huge Coleman ones but I had to replace all mine this year so I figured it's worth a shot.
www.13deals.com/index.php has a few good things right now. Flask, flashlight, hanging light, tarp, magnetic key hider (stick a spare under your car).. use code 123sale for $5 shipping. No idea how good any of these items are, but I've been decently happy with things from them in the past. Shipping does take awhile, iirc.

And clearly you aren't a rapist (I hope) but the way you pop into any thread where a woman happens to be lamenting her lack of ride to Bonnaroo and tell them to come hop on your bus sounds extremely rapey.

if you haven't been to a five below, i recommend going there. they have cheap iphone/ipad/phone accessories (i leave my good chargers at home, take the cheap ones i don't care if i lose/break, or even grab a few extra to share the love).
i went to total wine yesterday with my bros id and got hella alcohol for the trip great deals on beer liquor n wine there delware rooers ur welcome for the tip also try wall mart and bjs
Around here (Ohio) liquor is the same price anywhere you go and beer is generally about the same, due to tight state regulation and the fact that any "sales" are put on by the manufacturers and through the distributors' sales staff, rather than things being discounted by the retailers themselves. Maybe retailers can charge more than they are required to, I don't know, but I doubt they would retain repeat customers that way. So it doesn't make much difference where you buy your booze here. The only real difference is private label beer and wine brands, which are usually around the minimum legal price and pretty crumby, and all come from one of very few producers. Liquor laws differ significantly from state to state though, obviously.
BTW, I have actually heard of younger folks getting ID'd at the tollbooths. And if you are pulled out of line randomly for a thorough search and you aren't obviously 21 LEO will check your ID, cite you on the spot, and confiscate it all. So hopefully you'll have someone 21 in the car if you are bringing booze. I won't lecture you about underage drinking because if you are an adult I don't care, just trying to help.
i was looking at that but based on reviews it doesnt sound very good at charging smart phones. im curious what your experience with it will be.
If you are handy or adventurous you can build your own charger that has a greater capacity. They can be as simple as this: two 6v lantern batteries (the big square ones) wired together in series, hook up a 12V accessory jack (like a car cigarette lighter socket), and use a car charger appropriate for your phone. Add an inline fuse for safety, if you aren't sure your charger has one built in. Put it all in a small plastic box, on/off switch optional. I think my total cost was about $20 with alkaline batteries, and it provides way more juice than 4 D batteries. I also have rechargeable batteries for mine, which were about $15 for the pair, plus charger cost. And it will run a 12V fan or anything else requiring 12V and isn't too power hungry. Those jump-starter/power supply thingies are nice, but I wouldn't bother with the ones I've seen that cost less than about $75
Hell, you can charge a phone with one 6V lantern battery hooked to a USB car adapter. You'd need: one 6V lantern battery, one USB car adapter, one USB cable matching your phone, and two short lengths of wire. USB only requires 5V, and the USB 12V adapters I've tried work fine on 6V.

I'm sure mostly everyone has a tent by now. But if your looking for something with a ton of ventilation that can be used in most camping and back packing situations this might be the one. If you download the sierra trading post app you get free shipping. Also, the website always has 30 percent off coupons if you look. I paid $174.96 in total with the matching footprint.....
