I'm skinny enough to squirm it off of my wrist without breaking it, so I've at least got it in tact! I did the same with my Lollapalooza band from last year.

I had a dream last night that I was at Bonnaroo. When I woke up, and wasn't, it was sad.
Still rocking the arm band though. Almost took it off for a job interview but when it wouldn't slip off I just couldn't.... instead, I tucked it under a bulky watch and kept that arm on my lap during the whole thing. I still got the job!

Yes, Wom. I thought I was the only one. Im still rocking 08 and 09 and plan on adding 10.....They have only smelled once, and it was because i got food on them. but I just rubbed alcohol all over them, and soap and water, and now they smell FRESH!
i managed to worm mine off in one piece a month or so after the fest. how lame would it be to slip it back on for 'roo? im actually thinking it might be better not to, so it can be tucked into the frame with my roo ticket.

I'm still wearing my '08 and my '09 I have never taken off the '09, and the '08 came off for a job interview 2 weeks after 'roo and went right back on! I'm hoping to at least go three years!! I'll retire '08 in '11

Yeah I still have my '08, rock it proudly in spite of many friends attempts to pry it off..One of mine even made a drunken bet with me prior to seeing DMB at SPAC this past summer..said I'd have to take it off if we heard The Stone, Halloween and #40..I didn't think it would happen so i said ha yeah sure...and lo and behold, we go to the second night of SPAC and we heard all of those (and then some, amazing show!). I've wiggled my way out of the bet to keep the band on by saying it wasn't a full version of #40... It's not coming off until after either this year's roo or next, not sure yet

Sweetmelissa that's a good idea.
I still have my '09 on. I hid it under a bulky watch during a job interview and got the job! I also wore it to a wedding. I plan on keeping it on at least until I get my 2010 one...
I don't understand why anyone would think it's nasty. It's cloth after all, and it washes with the rest of my body in the shower. It looks pretty much the same as it did back in June too, surprisingly...
I had to wiggle out of mine for my job, and though I could probably get away with wearing it now, I don't feel right about just putting it back on. Instead I've pinned it to the wall of my cubicle, next to pictures I've taken of my beautiful friends, reminding me daily that there is a colorful world of music and beauty outside of these grim blue cloth walls haha.

I had to take mine off, because apparently, you can get disqualified in a college cross country race for any accesseries that aren't a part of the uniform...
It's hanging on my bulletin board right above my bed though.
