everyone had such crazy different experiences - that's so cool!
My best, in no particular order: Avitt Brothers Swell Season (I thought I'd have a mellow hour and a half, but it was great!) ... probably Pearl Jam, or maybe Solomon Burke, just because it was all so surreal with his backup singers mopping sweat off his brow as he sat in his throne talking about text messages.

In no order
Sigur Ros Ghostland Observatory Pearl Jam
...my Saturday was absolutely amazing...i was feeling very...special
im pretty sure MMJ would have made the grade if not for the rain that finally chased my like halfway through their set...they sounded AWESOME but i was freezing my ass off and i finally had to leave...props to all the people who stuck it out...or were smart enough to bring a poncho....only like 360 days til next Roo!

1. Robert Plant and Allison Krauss- Being 20 feet from a living legend was mind blowing. Hearing that voice sing Led Zep live still has me buzzing.
2. Levon Helm- Watching him play the drums and sing again after cancer was so inspiring. During The Weight I swore the roof was going to collapse from the crowd belting out every single word.
3. Metallica, Metallica, Metallica- I have not seriously listened to them in 20 years but I had to see this show. They knew they were facing an ambivalent, if not hostile, crowd. Man, did they fcuking bring it! My voice was shot after that one.
Dude, I seriously can't concentrate on anything but bonnaroo right now. . .It's to the point where I'm poking myself in the eye with foreign objects. . . I think I just need to be sedated until Tuesday. . . . Dystopian Dream

pearl jam - i am now seriously addicted
broken social scene - I'm still singing "Put down the bong and go vote for Obama" loved it!
osomatli - my (new) friend told me they were awesome and you couldn't help but dance your butt off - and she was right! Great hip-hop with latin beat band
honourable mentions: Vampire Weekend; BB King (legendary; I loved how he got the audience to sing 'You are my sunshine' and super-psyched to hear him play 'When Love Comes to Town')
1. Levon Helms- I was on the rail dirrectly between his kit and his mic for when he didn't play drums, everyone signing the Weight was my #1 moment of Roo. 2. The Raconteurs- Again on the rail to the left in front of the keys, Jack White is going to be remebered with the best of them 3. A Special Accoustic Performance w/ Phil Lesh, Larry Cambell, Thereasa Willams, and Jackie Greene- Once again on rail directly in front of Larry, These set was raw and seemingly unrehearsed and it was amazing
Every show I saw rocked special regognition to WSP as biggest suprise I wasn't expecting to enjoy it, but they were amazing, nothing like a great rocking version of Lawyers, Guns, and Money.
This was my first Roo and I had the time of my quacking life and plan on going again ever year I can.

Widespread kicked ass too. I couldn't help but smile when I saw Dave Schools on the big screen...you just wanna give him a big hug. He looks like Horatio Sanz with long hair ;D ;D ;D
