I will defiantly find a nice size piece of carpet to use at camp,the grass in Marcellus Wallace was deep.
Also a darker cover EZ up etc to put over the tent to help keep it dark in the AM.Had a lighter colored Kelty sunshade that didn't do a whole lot of shading in that aspect.
A better camera,I've had this one for over a year and still cannot get good concert pictures with it,I had it down pretty well with my old Nikon,it unfortunately did not care for the sand in the desert or at the beach.
I think the gf wants one of those portaloo's for late night potty needs.I guess my just squat by the car answer wasn't good
A hammer. No idea how our frickin' hammer didn' make my well-calculated Roo Tub O Things but it did and we're there putting stakes into the ground with an increasingly unhappy thermos.

and definitely this. We got mega lucky and got an effing awesome spot right on the end next to the corn field, so I did quite a bit of visiting that. I preferred it over the portapotties. But, next year we're rigging a rough tarp bathroom tent for both the solar shower and a little camp potty that uses plastic bags so taking a dump isn't such a pain in the butt.
-Milk crates for shelving (so we don't have to move everything off the cooler to get inside it for nonperishable food, and it's not just laying about)
-More fans for camp
-Coleman stovetop coffeemaker (had some percolator probs a few times)
-More bain maries for washing dishes and such
-Misty Mate
-Some sort of coffee table (again, instead of cooler)
I'll make sure our water bottles are frozen next year. They didn't quite make it and we spent a bunch of money on ice.
Next year we'll bring more propane... we ran out super quick. And more shade, you can never have enough. We didn't bring a radio, which I thought would be fine but we wanted it. We forgot Ziploc bags. And extra spray water bottles and sunglasses since apparently I lose those like crazy.

I will buy another 5 day cooler, because you will spend almost as much money on ice as the cooler. I didnt bring spray paint this year either, and i plan on making late night glow stick art on the ground. it stops people in their tracks if you lay out glowsticks in patterns, i just didnt have many left sunday night.
for you people talking about the 5 day coolers. if you put everything in it hot and just throw ice on top its not going to work. I had to explain that to my neighbors. The best way to do it is to put everything that is going into it in the refridgerator to get it cold then pack the cooler and ice it. the other option is to pack it with everything warm a day or two before you leave adn just reice as needed before you get to bonnaroo. I know 1.25-1.50 per bag is much better than whatever they were charging.
The portos were not a major deal and I never have a prob with squatting by the car in the middle of the night - easier then the long trek to the portos

this was my first fest so i had a TON of stuff i didn't use... the one thing i didn't have though was a tent fan... will def invest in one for next year!

1) Stand-up-to-pee-pee device for girls 2) Bigger backpack 3) Rechargable air pump 4) Second camera battery 5) A map of Centeroo (assumed we'd get them there -- ha!)
Rugs for under the shade canopy...an easier inverter to charge phones and cameras...portable toilet (even though we were in VIP, waking up in the a.m. and having to beeline it over to the bathrooms was rough)...more energy.
-- A hammer. I borrowed a neighbor's to nail down my tent stakes, but it took me forever to take them out of the ground without one. -- Less bottled water. Keep in mind, it's very important to stay hydrated - but I brought a Camelback and I didn't think the well water was all that bad (it smelled a lot worse than it tasted). -- One of those battery-operated fans with a spray pump. The people who brought these to the daytime shows quickly became my new best friends. -- More of my own food; $7 slices of pizza tend to break the budget pretty quickly. -- A pen and paper to take down emails and phone numbers, write down memories and funny quotes, etc. -- Camping chairs. -- A shade tent / E-Z Up. -- A portable fan. -- One of those red wagons that little kids use, so I can get my stuff to tent only more easily. -- A spare battery for my camera. Luckily, I got to the Fuse Barn first thing on Saturday morning, before the huge line formed behind me. -- A cooler. Warm beer is pretty gross. -- Hand sanitizer. -- Spray paint, or at least some thick Sharpie pens. I want to leave my mark on the big blue wall like everyone else. -- A portable alarm clock, in case I want to take a nap before a show. -- Spray-on sunscreen. My buddy had some of this, it was like a gift from the heavens above.

Hahaha, not quite. I flew in, so I couldn't take as much stuff as I wanted. Plus, it was my first year, so I was somewhat underprepared. Luckily, my kind neighbors provided me with a lot of the things I was missing.
Grill Pam, glow sticks/bracelets and a watermelon...I want to make a watermelon helmet like I saw so many people running around w/ during the evening! Hilarious!! ;D

Me too with the porto-potty for VIP. Late nights/early mornings sucked without one.
More food. VIP catering was overwhelmed for many of the meals. Not to mention, I often wanted to be at concerts while meals were being served.
More Red Bull. Two mornings it was just too hot for coffee. And they're great for that early morning concert you had to wake up for in order to be there.
I second CarpeDM on the Pam... we were decked out as cooking supplies/utensils/food to grill, but with no non-stick spray and not enough propane, we were a bit SOL...

Ponchos, more beef jerky, more baby wipes, a pot and ramen/other things that can be cooked via said pot, powdered Gatorade, sheets and clothes pins for more shade, and a couple of folding chairs for the camp.
