^^^ Yup! For example... nothing against inforado, great place I know... but i got pretty much eveything I needed for Langerado... and much more! ... right here at home at inforoo...
^Yeah and I felt a little bad, at least they did not come over here and do it first. That being said I guess it is cool they did this, but I am just getting a little irritated by people coming in here creating an account to advertise something then disappearing never contributing to the community. Maybe we could set up a system where we will let them advertise to us in return for donating to make the board ad free.

^Crap that will teach me, I was just more interested to see whether or not they will delete it. But when it does not work I bet they can just do an inforoo search.

agreed. Very hard to navigate. Not to mention the information under the Bonnaroo section is incorrect. Chris Rock isn't performing in the comedy tent... anyone on inforoo knows he's performing on the What Stage
plus, no mention of either specially announced late night acts in the article as well under the paragraph pertaining to performers to look for? Maybe once the site develops some more and gains some more members it will be more appealing for me...
Hey all, thanks for the honest feedback. We're happy to have links back to inforoo. There's obviously room for everyone on the internet. We are definitely lacking for content right now on zestivals.com. I think we offer alot of functionality that some of the other sites don't and I hope it will end up being more organized, although I hear you that from a strictly bonnaroo perspective it doesn't have much content right now. I certainly won't be taking down the inforoo posting, feel free to add more if you like. As I say, there's room for everyone. If anyone is interested in becoming a contributing author for some of the front page stories as well let me know. We're not trying to replace inforoo, but rather trying to offer something different in the way of services. Thanks for at least taking the time to check the site out. I hope you'll come back.
^ Well said and, I was not trying to run you out of the community per se, but we have been vandalized a bit recently and honestly it was much in the same way that you posted. Essentially someone created an account for one time use and posted an ad in every category of every forum only to disappear, I am sure for good. Like the others have said here I am pretty happy with inforoo, and busy on it . But a dialog between communities is always welcome here I believe. I am sure you can get some great ideas, and quite honestly probably some people to write for you. So I do want to welcome you to this community if you want to participate in it. Sorry if I came off a little rough earlier. like you said you are light on content right now, and a message directing people over here at least temporarily is doing them a service, so karma to you.
