One of the things I always enjoy most about going the Roo is checking out everybody pictures afterwards. I've been to dozens and dozens of different web sites. I've been thinking it would be pretty cool if there was a single place you could check out pictures from a bunch of different folks all at once.
Even if you have photos posted elsewhere, please consider putting them up here too, especially looking for shots from the first few years!! Put up a couple or put up hundreds!
To upload: Username: bonnaroopix Password: inforoo
After you log on you are free to add you own Bonnaroo pictures by clicking on "Upload". At Step 1, select "New Album". When it asks you for a name PLEASE do it this way:
Year - your inforoo id or real name
With luck the program will keep the albums sorted by years. After your pictures have uploaded you'll have the option of adding a description to each one, that's up to you. I've uploaded the pics I took for the Roos of 04, 05 & 06 to get it started. Hoping to see some more!
(Needless to say, this whole thing will run on the honor system, being as anyone has access, so we'll see how it goes. I'll keep an eye on things but I'm hoping this will be something for everyone to enjoy. -JBJ)
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
Did anyone see, and get some pictures of, the blue people on Friday night? I only vaguely remember it (you know how it is...) but they were wearing all blue, with painted faces. I think there was between 3 and 5 of them...
I appreciate you putting this up. I am downloading about 400 good pics from last year. My very best one is when we were unpacking, I happened to look up and the wind had caught someone's tent that wasnt tied down yet. The tent was way up in the air, fully opened like it should have been on the ground and upside down. The wind blew it around a couple of minutes before someone must have gotten it under control. Everyone enjoy the pics. Let me know what you think charlie

The above Google earth picture is post-Bonnaroo. You can clearly see the gravel roads around the site. Before Roo was born there was nothing but hay bales in that field.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

Just realized that each new album needs to be made "Public" and some great new pictures have been waiting in limbo. Sorry, my bad... Amended first post with instructions on how to do just that. Anyone having any problems, please message me. -J

Whomever's picture this is - could you please tell me your impressions on the green shade tent pictured? I believe this is the same one available at Wal-Mart for 20-something dollars - it looks pretty promising, but I wanted to know how convenient it was to use, setup, how does it handle wind, etc.

Well I will agree about the pens and the helicopter but long sleeves and pants are a good way to block the sun .. look at any desert country and that is how they dress … the only idiots that don’t are the Americans in their tank tops and shorts .. actually i plan on wearing a tunic a day or so at the show .... just a thought … cr****
