Using a lose definition of the term "One hit wonder", what are some bands that might fit that description that you feel are actually credible or talented bands that you'd love to see added. Another way to look at it is, what's a band that you'd get really excited to see added, but most people wouldn't care.
For example, for me: The Cardigans - I'm sure most people only know "Love Fool" and hate them, but I don't care. I love her voice and think their songs are really catchy. Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians David Gray - Pretty big in the UK, but never really caught on huge here. I think most people would consider him the one hit type or not really care. I'm a fan of all of his stuff

i certainly wouldnt consier david gray a one hit wonder...white ladder is an amazing album.
Superdrag and Cardigans are also way at the top of my list.
Do most people consider Faith No More a one hit wonder?
Most people will remember "Epic" for sure, but was "We Care A Lot" a hit or not? I can't remember, this was a long time ago. Great band for sure though. The Real Thing is still one of my favorite albums of all-time.

I'm not ashamed to say I liked Fountains of Wayne quite a lot, but that wish was already granted. It's hard to say about other current one-hit wonders because if their career is not over, they might have another hit.
My favorite one-hit wonder of all time is Men Without Hats. Don't think they still tour or perform, but if they did I'd definitely go see them. If you like The Safety Dance (and admit it, some of you do), you'd like their other stuff just as much.

I don't consider FNM a one hit wonder b/c I think of one hit wonders as bands that were huge b/c of one song and then never really did anything again. I suppose it all depends on how you define one hit wonder, though, as they did only have one hit.
Anyhoo...I love them and would love to see any incarnation of Mike Patton there.
