The MACOC is having a meeting on Jan. 19th so I shooting for a couple days after it the MACOC is the Manchester Chamber of Comerece which had an early posting of the bands the last couple of yrs. Cold War Kids & John Butler Trio has already mention their apperance at this yr. ROO JBT is the only one who posted the dates though.
Everyone experiences music differently. To say that something is subjectively wrong with live music is to also say that you are more than just your credentials or experience. It says that you are above whatever it is that you see as being the standard. Breaking everything down critically to the point where you are above every matter looking down on it only isolates you and makes you look foolish.

No way this happens. Tickets always go on sale on a Saturday (February 14th is a Wednesday). Also, they always give people about 10 days between the initial artist announcement, and the onsale date.
That being said, last year the line-up was announced February 1st, and tickets went on sale on February 11th. So... I would assume that we will see more of the same this year. Something like an artist announcement at the end of January, beginning of February, and an onsale date on the second Saturday of the month.
If I am correct, that would mean an artist announcement around January 31st, and the onsale date of February 10th. Bonnaroo works like clockwork every year with these things, so expect the same this year. If the artist announcement date is correct though (February 7th), you could see tickets going on sale as late as February 17th this year.
i don't really pay attention to that kind of logistics but you never really know what AC & superfly are going to do next...they did start a rumor about the CheeseSpread festival. haha...anyway, my friend initially heard the announcement would be january 23rd and they'd go on sale the 31st. she's usually dead on. but i'm skeptical too.
February 7th is my guess. Would be a double great day with LOST starting back that day too.
hey, i'm a lost fan also!!! that would be a great day..but i'm hoping they announce sooner than that...:) i'm thinking the 31st myself..but who knows.
one more thing: so just to be even more impatient, i googled "bonnaroo 2007 line-up" and the first thing that came up was this...
Bonnaroo Music Festival - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia On January 10, 2007, Bonnaroo organizers Superfly Productions and AC ... Superfly Productions plans to officially announce the lineup on January 31st. ...
but then i clicked on the link and it the part about jan 31st wasn't there on the site...?? it is wikipedia so not exactly reliable, but possible no doubt.

Hey there again (just answered a question of yours in a different thread), they have done that in every previous year, yet we've never gotten into late January before getting it, so I have suspicions that there won't be one, or maybe just one a few days before the lineup announcement.
