If you don't tap your foot at least a bit, ya better see the doc b4 you get to the Roo me thinks.... cr BTW, the whole set is posted , wowowowowo It's probably posted here somewhere, .... ...
All charges dropped. Thanks to my incredibly good lawyer. A huge amount of stress has been relieved. Onward and upward. :-) Hope everybody has a great weekend.
I finalized a trip to visit some friends in Vancouver in 2 weeks time. By friends, I mean my favorite people on the planet besides my immediate family and gf of course. Upon planing my trip, my friend suggested we venture to Seattle, since its only 2 hours away. We plan for Saturday, so naturally, I check Songkick. Easy decision, 4/20/2013, I'll be at The Vera Project watching The Men! If this isn't huge enough for me, for shits and giggles, I check Friday. Low and behold, playing Showbox at the Market, ITSMOTHERFUCKING Prince! My budget for this trip may have doubled.... to add context, I live in Fort McMurray, Alberta. 5 hours north of Edmonton. We don't get big shows up here. Seeing prince in a club environment could possibly be a high point in my life. How do I put a price on that...
Soooooooo relieved about this. Roughly 20 months since my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer (DCIS) and 18 months since she started treatment, she had a routine mammogram this morning and her results came back totally clean. NO RECURRENCE, not even anything suspicious.
Her treatment included radiation therapy and a lumpectomy and she's currently undergoing hormone therapy, but we were lucky enough to dodge a mastectomy and chemo. I doubt she'll reveal the breast in question at Roo...at least not to you guys...but I'm very happy to know that it, and she, is healthy.

That's wonderful Ed I am so happy for both of you! This puts all of our yay moments into perspective!

Holy f**k guys. Holy nuts. I got to play music with Jim James just a few minutes ago.
Surely...SURELY...somebody caught video of this? Which could be, you know, posted on YouTube and linked here so we could wear our thumbs out on the "Like" button?
addition: would also like to send out my sadness on his passing today. I'm glad he enjoyed our movie before he went -- but we are going to miss the King of Movie Critics. Mixture of sadness and joy R.I.P. Roger Ebert

Yay for poop! Cause my fertilizer for my garden was delivered today and that means it's gardening time, which means spring has finally sprung! Yay for poop and
bonus yay: With the return of warm weather, all I keep thinking about is Bonnaroo now.

You may have found the only time where "Yay for poop!" is acceptable

Yay for saying f*ck the rules to get things done. Rather than make my 7th call to Comcast's tech support, I had Abra exchange the cable box while she was out. Lo and behold, the new one works instantly just like I figured it would. All it took was Abra saying the guy on the phone told her to exchange it, and I got hours of bullsh*t shaved off my weekend.

Was stressing about being able to get/make/beg/borrow/steal a good cup of coffee for Quacker while we are camping at Wannee. Found the 10 cup Coleman drip coffee maker today for $39.95. Reviews and test run all good. I can make real coffee for the love of my life without power when needed now. YAY!!
And a double yay if canexplain will explain what this means - cr**** ???

So, in the off season, Abra's dad fixed up a self-propelled mower for us. It made its mowing debut at our house today. Sweet merciful crap, it makes all the difference in the world if you live on a hill.
Yay for hanging out with awesome Roosters all-day yesterday. Mayo, Custeph and Brad, Siggy, Phi, Mike D, Sam and Kim/Zen... I had a blast with all of y'all. As Steph said, it just makes Roo that much better getting to know my Rooster family. That was a great day!
