I finished three papers today! One on Moore's account of "open questions" and the undefinable nature of Goodness, one on Hume's Theory of Motivation and one over Mackie's belief that there is no such thing as objective moral properties in contrast to Railton's view of metaethics.
Time for some corn, music and relaxation :-)
Edit: If you know of these concepts, then for one... props. Secondly, I'm sorry lol

Yay to finding a place where I can post 1,000 messages about music, books, wine, and just about anything else I want.
Yay to a place with people like Bonzai, Holls, CKS, and GL who welcomed me right away and helped me get comfy in my little space on this island of misfit toys.
Yay to a place with people like Juggs and Flanzo who can be sharp with their words but make me think and form opinions smartly.
Yay to a place with people like NoD, GL, Dave M, Fuzzy, monster, Fear, Zapp, Bishop, glennron, patty, hoodoo, noage, and many others who keep me up to date on music and play such a great, wide variety of music that I'm constantly trying out new music and getting reminded of the good stuff I'd forgotten.
Yay to a place filled with tons of other good people who have formed this cool place into what it is and allow an old guy like me to hang out, stay young, and constantly think about, read about, talk about, and listen to my one, true passion - music.
I have a lot of friends in real life but none of them, outside Mrs. toml30 (and God bless her!), appreciate music the way I do. None of them listen to music with as much variety or with as much passion. I never realized how sad that made me until I started really getting involved here, and became a happier person because no matter how much I get made fun of for not wanting to only listen to whatever the Top 40 station says I should, I can come here later and you guys know who I'm talking about, have listened to it, and have an opinion on it. That counts for something in my life.
Yay for pondering all day on what to post for #1,000 and finally thinking of something worthwhile. Thank you all.
This place is family. When I joined, way back in 2007, it was different people and a different vibe. I've watched this place grow. I've often thought about not going to Bonnaroo but I could never leave this place.
Congrats on 1,000, tom. Hoping to see a couple thousand more.

Dave that pic didnt show up, so I manually copied the URL and pasted it in a new tab and my work filter blocked it saying it was Adult Pornography. WTF lol.
My work filter does that with every single image uploaded to imageshack since you can upload naked pictures to it. As cks said, it is a picture of Ashley Capps looking into the camera with soon. written at the bottom.
I just learned that my latest and greatest thesis draft didn't get completely sh*t on (as every other draft has). It is getting shipped out to my committee and we are finally scheduling a defense date. I think this is finally it; this M.S. degree is about to be in the bag. I'll be carpet bombing this page when the day finally comes. Stay tuned...
