My husband got a call yesterday afternoon asking him to come in today for a second interview. I take that as a good sign since they told him it would be a week or two before that got back to him. It was 4 days instead. And I know most builders don't like working on Saturdays if they have to. Hopefully there will be a mighty YAY very, very soon! It's been a long 4 years since his last 'real' job.

yesterday i got to watch some six feet under, took a nap, bought a flight to coachella, it was an awesome person's bday, i found something i thought was lost, ate dinner at a place that is my favorite, started the month of december (i love xmas!) and saw a band i started loving 10 years ago.
I finished my project yesterday afternoon and got 14 hours of sleep (after an all nighter), I have my presentation this morning, then I am pretty much done for the semesters other than 2 finals and a portfolio (easy stuff compared to my studio project).
I work in surgery as a surgeon’s assistant, and I work as an inventory analyst for the supplies. This weekend we had our big yearly inventory counting (which is why in 42 hours, I worked 36!). When I came into work this morning I found out that with our 1.5 million dollar inventory we were only unaccounted for $7,000! That’s the best it’s been in this hospital! SUPER YAY!
I don't know if I've ever posted a yay or grrr but here's one: I was excavating Christmas decorations from the attic tonight when I found a box fulla records, high school records, ones long presumed gone, which followed me around eight states and fell out of the sky like the spirit of Christmas.

I just found out that we are getting a Wingstop and a Buffalo Wild Wings. And I've known for awhile that we are getting a Five Guys, but the signs finally went up on it this week, so it looks like it will be opening within the next few weeks!

Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
