Not-Acceptable car excuses for "We can't take my car, we'll need to take yours":
I don't want to put the miles on my 1 year old car

Just overhearing two of my friends discussing roo travel... and I caught that snippet(from someone I expected it from).... I should emphasize that the guy with the 1 year old car drives a pretty damn fuel effieicnt car with lots of trunk space, and the other guy drives a coupe that gets 18mpg if that.
