To find more artists who have not been officially announced you can google:
upcoming bonnaroo site:myspace.com
That will list all of the myspace profiles of artists that have an upcoming show at bonnaroo.
You gotta dig through a lot of already announced acts & other stuff, but I've spotted a few DJs that have not been announced in the first few pages.

Amy Lavere had the song "Killing Him" on one of those PASTE magazine sampler CDs last year sometime. Pretty cool tune.
