I believe that site is a ticket broker who is probably going to buy up a bunch of tickets and resell them. I could be wrong but I don't believe that is the source you want to go to in order to get bonnaroo tickets.

last year, bonnaroo said something about not trusting sites like that. bonnaroo tickets have to come FROM BONNAROO. those sites will take your money and youll have nothing. DO NOT buy tickets anywhere but from bonnaroo.
