I think the whole Claypool/Hammett/Hutz/etc. playing Tom Waits thing seems pretty credible...I mean, there was an article in a newspaper that discussed how Hutz was hanging out with Hammet and Claypool, rehearsing Tom Waits songs for a gig at Bonnaroo. I'd say that's our best bet.

Ok, I just spoke with Security at the tent of the superjam, They said it's Claypool/Zappa + Others. I dunno if it's 100% but I spoke to two of them. Just to add to the info.

It was Gogol Bordello and Les Claypool. More guests may have come out (or are coming out, since it's still going), but when I was done shooting it was just them.

Gogol bordello, claypool and others: tribute to tom waits. It was quacktastic! Rained heavily at times. I was under the tent, but ground became bonnaroo stew. Also heard somebody say tim russert died, that's a bummer if that's true
